With the development of sand-control technology and the transformation of the concept of sand-control,mechanical sand-control transforms into an effective means of stimulation from a simple maintenance measure,mechanical sand-control technology plays a crucial role in increasing and stabilizing production of oilfield.But low efficiency after sand-control,high construction cost and construction risk and other problems still exist in the current mechanical sand-control technology,which cause a lot of trouble in the normal production of oilfield.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the existing mechanical sand-control technology.By analysing the sand group,oil sands median,reservoir nature,clay content,temperature&pressure system and development status and so on,this paper determines the technical thinking about antiswelling treatmen to working fluid and reforming the reservoir sufficiently.By analyzing the technical principle,technical characteristics,applicability of the existing mechanical sand-control technology in block B509,and combining with the development status of the block,this paper sums up the optimization idea of packing tools.By increasing the central-tube through diameter,optimizing the packing port structure and quantity,increasing the seat-sealing force,optimizing butt joint structure,designing the integration technology of sand-wash and sand-controlstructure,optimizing gravel and screen,optimizing construction parameters,this paper forms one-step frac-filling technique for sand-control and the integration technology of sand-wash and sand-control in a trip without moving pipe-column and new sand-control ideas.The application about one-step frac-filling technique for sand-control in well B509-X39 indicates that the technology can meet the requirements of the displ of 3.5m~3/min,reduce the construction risk,reduce the steam injection pressure of 2MPa,and increase peak oil of 9.2 tons.The application about the integration technology of sand-wash and sand-control in a trip without moving pipe-column in well B509-P23 can meet the construction requirement of the integration technology of sand-wash and sand-control in a trip,reduce the construction cost and construction risk.Research results show that one-step frac-filling technique for sand-control and the integration technology of sand-wash and sand-control in a trip without moving pipe-column have great superiority in the applications of block B509,they can meet the requirements of the construction,meanwhile they can reduce the cost and risk of the construction,they have good economic benefits,they provides an effective supplement to the existing mechanical sand-control technology system,they provide a powerful safeguard for the increasing and stabilizing production of oilfield.At the same time,this paper verifies a new sand-control ideas of"three steps ten links thirty words",which points out the direction for the development of mechanical sand-control technology.
