With the development of macro-economic activities of the word,increased energy demand have driven many large international oil companies to speed up their exploitation capacity.Whether development of conventional oil and gas field mid and late,or low permeability,unconventional reservoirs,difficulty of development is bigger and bigger,shows that low single well production,high operation cost,low economic benefit(or even negative benefit),and other characteristics.Therefore it is important to seek both can reduce development cost and improve single well production supporting technology,realize high yield and less well.Hydraulic jet radial drilling technology is a kind of new oil and gas production and well completion technology,is now more and more widely used in low permeability,heavy oil,old oil fields,coal bed methane,shale gas production,especially suitable for the development of low pressure,low permeability,low production layer.In this paper,I have summarized and analyzed the development status and trend of the hydraulic jetting radial drilling system and process technology,introduced the hydraulic jet characteristics of radial drilling system scheme and the difference with conventional practices,put forward the purpose and significance of researching the hydraulic jet radial drilling system,indicated content of research and innovation points.Based on absorbing foreign advanced technology and experience,analyzed construction technology and technical requirements,first of all,designed the ground system equipment and down hole tools for the hydraulic jet radial drilling design,to form the overall scheme of the system.Analyzed the construction process of the hydraulic jetting radial drilling,calculated and selected the down hole tool string,researched and designed the guide shoe and ultra-short radius self-propelled rotary nozzle.Analyzed the equipment capability and construction parameters,designed and selected the main parts of ground equipment,mainly designed the structure model of coiled tubing reel,based on the finite element software to established the finite element model of coiled tubing reel.Through finite element simulation of the process of coiled tubing reel find that: under the action of gravity and braking condition,the highest stress of coiled tubing reel come from drum and side panel of welding location.Designed ground equipment hydraulic system of jet radial drilling system,analyzed the composition,function and working principle of hydraulic system,determined the overall scheme of the hydraulic system,selected and determined model and parameters of the main hydraulic components and equipment.Had made field test for Hydraulic jet radial drilling system,mainly tested on the system's overall appearance structure,performance and self-propelled rotary drum nozzle performance,through field test find that this system has reasonable structure,advanced performance,can meet the construction requirements of the hydraulic jet radial drilling,thus improve the working efficiency,reduces the operating costs,so it has certain economic benefits.
