Bio-organic Fertilizer Project Construction Plan Of Shaanxi Green Heng Biotechnology Company

To design a project producing 20,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer for Green Agriculture Biotechnology CO.,LTD.in Shanxi province,the agricultural waste and livestock manure treatment procedure in local were investigated.In this region,there is a serious problem that agricultural resources were not fully utilized and the soil has been polluted seriously by fertilizer and the livestock faeces have been treated properly.This paper designed the project to make use of agricultural resources such as straw,livestock manure and to alleviate local fertilizer pollution.The main work is listed as follows.1.The projected factory site is located at the old place of Grass Products Processing Factory in Liangshan,Nanzhengty.Based on the original structure and ground,the new factory will be built to produce in a green and harmless way.2.In this work,the current fermentation methods of organic fertilizer were analyzed and combined the local conditions of Nanzheng county to improve the traditional technology.With the crop straw as the main raw material and livestock excrement as the auxiliary material,the improved technology adopts the slot solid-state fermentation of biological organic fertilizer using mixed bacteria.This procedure has no production of pollution,continuity and automation.3.This work has further researched on emission reduction problem from the aspects of the technology and workshop layout.Through our design,the pollution problem from the traditional fermentation process can be efficiently solved.In this paper,the construction of the 20,000 tons production of bio-organic fertilizer is described systematically.This bio-organic fertilizer project has the advantage of low energy consumption and pollution-free,which promotes the coordinated development of local environmental protection and agricultural production.The project is currently implemented and the bio-organic fertilizer products with the brand of "Hanlvheng" through this new technology are approved by the administration of quality supervision and meet the government standards.In total,the total investment is around RMB 60 million.
