Recent years, with the rapid development and utilization of mining resources, the demand of tailing transport equipment has increased significantly. Water isolation pump has the advantages of simple structure, long-life components, convenient maintenance and low price, so it is widely used in the field of large particles tailing transport. The opening and closing characteristics of water valve directly affect the transport efficiency of the tailing and the normal production of the mine directly. The hydraulic system is the opening and closing driven equipment of water valves, therefore the stability and reliability of water isolation pump hydraulic system directly related to the running quality of the whole equipment, its importance is obvious. The traditional hydraulic system for driving the small flow, low head pump has been unable to meet the big flow, high lift water isolation pump requirements. The LSGB1000/64 water isolation pump hydraulic system is designed and developed for the requirement of large flow, high lift transport, so the successful design and stable operation of the hydraulic system is of great importance in the domestic mining transport.It is in this paper that the basic structure and working principle of the water pump isolated were introduced, and completed the overall driving scheme and the associated design calculations of hydraulic system from the large flow, high head, high transmission capacity conditions of LSGB1000/64 water pump isolation through the related technologies and achievements of water isolation pump hydraulic system at home and abroad. Firstly, the leakage and pressure loss of the system were reduced by using an integrated valve block structure. Secondly, for the major components were selected, according to the load equipment of water valve the basic parameters of the hydraulic cylinder were determined, and then calculates the flow and pressure of the hydraulic systems and components based on the parameters of the hydraulic cylinder. Last, and checked the heat balance of the system in order to ensure the reasonableness design of the hydraulic system.The solenoid valve and cylinder is an important part of the water isolation pump hydraulic system, while the efficient frequent commutation of the solenoid valve and the stable movement of hydraulic cylinder is the guarantee of water isolation pump high efficiency transport tailing. Based on the AMESim software This article relates to the following work. Firstly, this paper focused on the simulation and characteristic analysis of the solenoid valve and cylinder, which provided a theoretical reference to subsequent commissioning the equipment and improve the system by establishing the water isolation pump hydraulic system modeling, Secondly, the condition monitoring screen of the water isolate pump hydraulic system and the hardware and software of the monitoring system were designed by the configuration software, and the components were selected for the data acquisition unit and information processing unit, Third it is in this paper that used the connections PROFIBUS-DP bus completed the configuration of hardware and software, and constructed the process monitoring system and fault alarm system of the hydraulic system.
