The air compressor station,can be referred to as air compressor station,the enterprises in the oil refining equipment is applied to building or refining the focus,it is the role of compressed air for the supply of various production processes.The air compressors are not only the crucial equipments of the air compressors station but also the largest power-wasting equipments.The Centrifuge micro controller(CMC)is the control system of the air compressors.The dissertation introduced the development of distribute control system(DCS)for the large AC sation.To achieve automatic control of air compressor station equipment,so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservationThe article discussed the method for developing the distribute control system(DCS)based on the local CMC control system of the centrifugal compressors,the technology of field control system(FCS)programmable logic controller(PLC)and Ethernet communication technology to the air compressors station.In this issue,Fushun Petrochemical acrylic plant air compressor station 1,2,3,three air compressor,each air compressor has its own independent control system,each air compressor can be set according to the pressure of the machine Independent operation(local mode);three air compressor control system through the remote settings can be achieved online operation(remote mode).And three air compressor after running online,according to the wind needs to be automatically loaded load shedding,automatic start stop.According to the actual control function requirements,the specific control problem to be solved is the parallel operation of the three units of the air compressor station,the output of the compressed air confluence to the manifold and then outward delivery,the system ultimately need to control the target is the manifold pressure,through the man-machine interface Given a manifold pressure value,the system can automatically control the loading or unloading of the units according to the actual monitoring of the manifold pressure and the automatic control algorithm.If the actual manifold pressure is higher than the given pressure value,Reduce the number of units put into the unit,as far as possible to reduce the unit bypass valve to open the duration and reduce energy consumption.In order to realize the above control function,in the specific control strategy design,the system program is designed by using the logic control program programming function provided by the program control block,the loading process program,the loading procedure,the automatic downloading procedure,the time program,and the automatic unloading of the three units Sequential program 5 program modules to achieve the above functions.On the basis of realizing the on-line operation function of the air compressor,the configuration of the air compressor unit and the whole control system is completed,and the constant pressure operation mode and the surge prevention of the air compressor stand-alone operation are controlled accordingly.Focus on the the Fushun Petrochemical Acrylic Factory air compressor station DCS system overall structural design,local control system development coordination device,the development of database information to update the design and development of monitoring station of man-machine interface communication interface,history data management and system security design,finally the real-time testing for the running state of the system,further running effect of the system is analyzed.Drawn through the paper work summarizes the development and design of the air compressor station DCS system with decentralized,networked and intelligent features and feasibility,reliability and security features,significantly enhance the level of automation of the process of the the reliability of the large air compressor station is obviously increased of the process equipment,and significantly reduce the energy consumption of the air compressor station.
