The electric power industry, as the main field of energy consumption and gas emissions, needs energy-saving dispatching to ensure the sustainable development.Meanwhile, using clean energy to generate electricity is an important way to achieve the purpose of energy-saving and emission-reduction in power system. Under the background of energy-saving dispatching and its extension, it is significantly meaningful to research energy-saving dispatching of power systems considering clean energy integration.This article introduces the structure and function of energy-saving dispatching simulation system of Guangdong power grid in detail, and uses the system to carry out the simulate computation of dispatch and analyze various dispatch effects containing energy conservation, economy and environmental protection. Combined the definition of energy-saving dispatching and the situation of Guangdong energy-saving dispatching model, the connotation of energy-saving is analyzed by saving fossil energy, reducing grid loss and developing the substitution effect of renewable energy.And summarized the three principles of dispatch, open, justice and equity, power market and developments of low-carbon electricity, energy-saving dispatch is extended to various conceptions.In the model of Guangdong energy-saving dispatching, the plans of hydropower and thermal power are formed separately. In order to consider fully the connotation of energy-saving dispatching developing the substitution effect of renewable energy, the peak-shaving model of hydropower is builded aiming at the minimum adjustment of thermal power units' output and the minimum fuel consumption of system, while the peak-shaving model of thermal power is builded aiming at the maximum generating capacity of thermal power and the minimum fuel consumption of system for hydrothermal power system. The results of simulation indicate that the peak-shaving ability of hydropower is made the best of by using the peak-shaving strategy of hydropower while the replace function of hydropower is developed effectively byusing the peak-shaving strategy of thermal power, so the water resource can be economized by choosing reasonable dispatch strategy according to different situations of water resources. Considering about the extension of energy-saving dispatching against the low-carbon background, a dispatch model, aiming at taking advantage of clean energy, ensuring the smooth running of thermal power units and reducing the fuel consumption of system and emission of carbon, is builded for wind-hydro-thermal power system. From example analysis, this combined system based on accommodating all of wind power, can relieve the peak-shaving pressure and reduce the emission of carbon dioxide in system on the basis of raising the utilization efficiency of hydropower by rational utilization of carbon capture power plant.Research on energy-saving dispatching for power system containing clean energy such as hydropower and wind power, can raise the utilization efficiency of clean energy effectively by making reasonable dispatching plan, and have practical significance on promoting the generalization and application of energy-saving dispatching.
