Research On An Intelligent Substation Electrical System Based On Modularization

IIIntelligent substation is the foundation of the construction of strong smart grid,which is an important part of building global energy Internet,from year 2009 to 2011,the national Power Grid Corp(hereinafter referred to as the State Grid Corporation)has organized a number of pilot projects,and supporting the introduction of a number of rules and regulations,continue to accumulate experience,level of technology maturity.Beginning in 2012,the State Grid Corporation requires all new(built in)substations in the system,in the field of research,design and supervision,etc.,must be carried out in accordance with the Smart Substation Design standards.In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of intelligent substation construction in recent years,actively innovate the mode of project construction of national company,carry out standardized design,factory processing,modular construction,realize the construction of mode change from the traditional "tailored" to "custom clothing".In 2016,the results of the pilot construction of modular based on the national grid system of 10 thousand volts to66 thousand volts voltage level to promote the application of intelligent substation modular construction technology,effectively supporting the agricultural construction of the distribution network,the construction efficiency and safety quality,significantly improve the level of technology.This project is based on the current situation of Huludao power grid,according to the national electric power industry,a modular intelligent substation design requirements,design and analysis of domestic and foreign research present situation of the construction of modular intelligent substation,and compared with ordinary modular intelligent substation intelligent substation,according to the existing power grid construction scale,regional environment and power supply equipment the level of intelligence,will be divided into the design of the substation main transformer,high voltage switch,pressure switch,integrated automation,medium voltage equipment five modules.At the same time the selection of the main transformer capacity of substation,main transformer number,66 k V side wiring,system wiring and 10 k V side circuit breaker,isolating switch and 10 k V switch cabinet and other electrical equipment,were analyzed and discussed.Based on the common intelligent substation,starting from the substation construction,equipment operation,maintenance and operation of automatic protectiontest and analysis perspective,summarizes the characteristics of Smart Substation modular technology,through the improvement of the substation modular function,reduce the work burden of maintenance personnel,improve the efficiency of daily maintenance,lay a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation equipment.
