Implementation Of Training System Of Dispatch Operation Sheet In Substation

Substation is the pivot link of the power grid system for it ensures the continuous safe operation, hence the great importance to train the operating staff of the substation.The operating sheet training system has been fully popularized and applied because most of the substation simulation systems lack generality and applicability, providing only the function of generating dispatch operation sheet. In order to solve these problem, the author of this article has devised and developed an expert system based on the expert system theory research, which can meet the need stemmed from diversified development of substation wiring structure and operating mode. This system has integrated the function of generating dispatch operation sheet, operation simulation and training. It will provide the corresponding knowledge and explanation to the misoperation in the assessment system, thus making the training more effective. The author of this article has conducted through research of generating operation sheet and simulated operation of typical substation operation training system, including the following contents:1. Describing the system in terms of design idea and feature of general structure in detail, which consist of introductions to functions of five primary module, namely, system graphic module, operation sheet management module, operation staff management module, operation sheet generating module and assessment module.2. Raising the question of setting up the pixel attribute of graphic module and how to repeatedly use the code programming, and in the meanwhile, providing the solution. The convenience of combining the existing pixels based on the practical need of the power grid and designing the corresponding electrical main wiring diagram has been achieved. Therefore, the generality of this system could be greatly improved.3. Establishing electrical data base and rule base with the technology of SQL Serve data base. A complete equipment base of information on equipment pixel attribute has been set up in the form of layer structure according to types of substation equipment. In the meanwhile, correspond the layer structure of the rule base with the layer of equipment base, forming a close connection.4. Putting the basic function of various modules of the substation training system into practice with the application of existing designing process, mainly focusing on the design and realization of operation sheet assessing system.5. Testing the system, conducting simulated operation to the electrical equipment based on the complete substation electrical main wiring diagram. In the meanwhile record the operation process to generate operation sheet.
