With the continuous development of our economy,the buildings have a tendency toward large-scale,high-level and densification,at the same time,it is a great challenge to fire safety and relief of large buildings.The fire water monitor with adaptive cannon can work at any flows under the approximately optimal work condition,compared to traditional fire water monitor,and it has big water discharge,long range and better hydraulics performance.At present,the core technology and selling profit of fire services industries have been long-term monopolized by several foreign companies.The disparity in independent research and development of domestic fire water monitor between foreign products is still obvious.The updating speed of products is slower,and this phenomenon seriously hinders the development of fire services industry.Therefore,the key technologies for the fire water monitor hydraulics performance are studied,the results break through the adverse situation,and provide support for the fire water monitor product localization and series.The simulation flow of fire water monitor was determined,the simulation study policy of regulator was defined,and the assessment standards of pressure drops and steady flow ability was set up.The three-dimensional models of regulator fluid area and finite element models were built,the simulation parameters and the method for data processing were identified.With a star-shaped regulator,for example,the content of the number of uniform distribution blade,size of round angle and regulator length on the fire water monitor hydraulics performance were studied.The numerical simulation was carried out to study the influence of structural parameters on the regulator hydraulics performance and the set of study strategies was formed.The six different structuring forms of regulator were studied,based on the strategies,and a dislocation distribution two-stage structure with six equally distributed blades was determined as a superior model.The Bernolli equation and static equilibrium equations of the whole fire water monitor is built by means of theoretical analysis and simulation.The nozzles opening theory of fire water monitor is established by solving the equation and gaining the function expressions of the nozzles opening and system flow.According to experiment needs of the nozzles opening theory of fire water monitor,an experimental facility is designed,machined,installed and debuged.The mathematical relationship between the nozzles opening and system flow is achieved,and the nozzles opening theory of fire water monitor with adaptive head is verified.The nozzles opening theory of fire water monitor with adaptive head and experimental verification method are built by studying hydraulics performance of fire water monitor regulator and the structural optimization scheme,which provide a new and efficient solution for the key technologies of the fire water monitor with adaptive cannon,and offer a reference for further study in this field.
