Five Species Of Acer Leaves And Seed Character Research

The Aceraceous plants is numerous in species,widely distributed,and the species of Acer has a set of value covers medical,nutritional,ornamental and economic purposes.The tree shape of Aceraceous plants is spectacular,the leaves are beautiful,they have rich chemical composition of protein,fat and nerve acid.Besides,they have high ornamental,economic value and broad prospects for development and utilization.This paper taking five species of Acer for research objects: truncatum,monoes,buergerianum,palmatum and negundo,using morphometric and chemical analysis method,explored the difference between the study of Acer plants phenotypic characters and main chemical components exist and the differences between different regions and ten phenotypic traits,as well as the Acer truncatum under the main chemical composition content.The main results are as follows:1.The width ratio of blade and leaf lobes of the Acer monoes,truncatum,palmatum,negundo and buergerianum were(0.76,0.70,1.07,0.71,1.58).The Acer monoes,truncatum are similar compared to the other three kinds of Aceraceous plants,the leaf lobes are 5;and the seeds open angle were 92°,86°.100-seed Weight of samara and kernel of Wengniu were(12.14 g,17.64 g,2.24 g,3.78 g,2.60g);(9.71 g,11.85 g,0.83 g,1.49 g,1.26g).2.he obviously difference of main chemical components in five species of Acer plants is obviously.Acer buergerianum has the highest protein and saturated fatty acid content were 67.81%,10.78%,44.59% was the highest fat content of Acer truncatum,Acer palmatum has the highest nervonic acid content was 9.58%,and the Acer monoes has the highesthe content of unsaturated fatty acid was(95.15%).3.In different regions,100-seed Weight of samara and the length,width of Wengniu were(21.74 g,10.36 mm,7.45mm),the height as the highest seed of Gaizhou was(4.41mm),100-seed of kernel of Keyou was 14.97 g that is the highest index.Different regions of Acer,the main chemical compositions of significant differences,protein of Wengniu's seed was 48.60%,Gaizhou's snerve acid was 6.47%,it was the highest index,Kezuo has the highest fat content was(51.24%),unsaturated fatty aci of Yangling's seed was(84.34%).
