In this paper, Shaanxi Science and Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. Bao Feng Garden Xinglin town Fufeng County of Acer truncatum Experimental Forest 64 Mature Acer truncatum plant as the object, based on field surveys, cluster analysis and GC-MS(GC-MS)technology for the Leaves fruit phenotypic traits and seed oil major components were studied.the results obtained are as follows:1. screened from 30 Types of index variation primaries in leaf type, fruit, nut oil and main chemical components of three-level indicators and leaf base angle, aspect ratio leaves,seeds opening angle, long-winged species / cm, seed wing length / cm, seed wing aspect ratio and the oleic acid content 7 secondary indicators, and build Acer truncatum variation Classification index system.2. Acer truncatum Samara angle with fruit growth process increases. Ripe fruit and generally larger opening angle is greater than the unripe fruit. The test sample by Samara opening angle and wide wings and other phenotypic indicators can be divided into small-angle wide wing type, bighorn narrow wing type, right angle variation of three types.3. Acer truncatum Species nerve and erucic acid content of kernel oil showed a significant positive correlation with the palmitic acid content was significantly negatively correlated with stearic acid, oleic acid, â…¡- eicosanoids content was significantly negatively related. The test sample No. 25,31,36 Acer truncatum tree seed oil nerves acid, erucic acid,linoleic acid, oleic acid and other contents were also higher, should be elected plus tree.
