| Objective：Using the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, combined withmodern research, Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gualou Xiebai BanxiaDecoction in the treatment of phlegm blocking type stable angina pectoris of coronaryheart disease, explore the influence of phlegm resistance on the incidence of coronary heartdisease with stable angina pectoris.Methods：60patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into theexpermental group (30cases)and the control group (30cases). The expermental group wasdosed Gualou Xiebai decoction.The control group received conventional treatment.Thecourse of treatment is two weeks, in order to observe clinical efficacy and adversereactions.Results： Compared with the control group, the treatment of angina of theexperimental group has been greatly improved, and the improvement of clinical symptomsis better. The experimental group had remarkable effect upon clinical general therapeuticeffect (P＜0.05)Conclusion：Gualou Xiebai medicine decoction，with the phlegm turbidity removaleffect，in treating the angina pectoris of coronary heart disease，was safe and effective. |
