| Objective:To study the curative effect of different time of electroacupuncture scalps point-through-point therapy, analyzing the activity of substantia nigra including Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in the brain of rat with parkinson’s disease, approach the therapy in the process of the treatment of Parkinson’s disease to maintain neuronal cell and molecular mechanism of calcium homeostasis.Methods:Build the Parkinson’s disease model rats by double target trace injection in the unilateral striatum with 6-hydroxy dopamine(6-OHDA),induced ethology abnormality by apomorphine(APO) to test the model success or not.Divide all the rats into 14 days treatment group and 28 days treatment group by random allocation methods,the rat with parkinson’s disease accepted electroacupuncture scalps point-through-point therapy for 14or28 days.The Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity of substantia nigra in rats was detected by spectrophotometry.The data of experiment will be analyzed by SPSS18.0Results:The activity of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase of substantia nigra in both groups obviously enhance.Conclusion:The electroacupuncture scalps point-through-point therapy have accommodation effect on Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity of substantia nigra.The curative effect of the 28day-group surpass the 14day-group. |
