ECG signal is a weak electrical signal of heart,it contains massive amount of diagnosis information for heart disease.Its collection method is simple and convenient,and medical service model.However,due to the restrictions on technology,the current medical service can't provide an easy way of ECG acquisition,storage,analysis and diagnosis,and furthermore,a comprehensive monitoring of heart health timely and effectively,this may lead to miss the opportunity in the diagnosis and treatment.With the proposed concept of Internet plus,mobile Internet,cloud computing,networking,big data technology have been applied to health care,recently the new technique like wearable monitoring technology,motion of the wrist ring,belt of heart rate,smart clothes sensor wearable devices have been used in daily life.Wearable devices can be more convenient and efficient for to the storage and transmission of ECG data,and this improves the efficiency of ECG analysis and diagnosis.All this will take positive significance on the human body health protection.This paper studied on the key problems of ECG based comprehensive health status when the sketch of Internet plus.The study is focused on comprehensive expression of ECG and its corresponding body movement changes,and on ECG data processing and to be built an “Internet +” based heart health interaction platform.In this paper,we firstly study the problems existing in traditional ECG signal acquisition methods,and then proposed a Wearable ECG signal acquisition scheme which is suitable for sports,furthermore we solve the problem of wireless transmission of ECG signals.And at the same time,we have found the effective changes of human body movement through the synchronous monitoring of human movement speed and geographical position information changing.In order to improve the effectiveness of ECG waveform analysis,this paper analyzes the noise source of ECG signals,and proposed a noise removal proposed for ECG signal.This is to help ECG signal reach the quality requirement of analysis and diagnosis.And then an automatic detection method based on window threshold of R wave is proposed,it's verified on the MIT-BIH wave database.Finally,through the analysis of heart rate variability,NN interval histogram and Lorenz scatter plot are drawn,which provide a further auxiliary for diagnostic report.In real scene,this paper designed and implemented an Internet plus based ECG health interactive platform to improve the efficiency of ECG monitoring and communication among doctors and patients.In the platform,we adopt wearable ECG acquisition equipment designed by our team and the non-adhesive fabric electrode in ECG signal acquisition,and patients' condition information and doctors' diagnosis are exchanged between the doctors and the patients on Internet plus based social network software,such as QQ.The whole procedure of interactive platform built scientific loop from ECG acquisition to ECG diagnosis feedback.
