The Clinical Study Of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule On Treating Syndrome Of Wind-heat Invading The Lung Of Acute Exacerbations Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To oberve the effects and safety of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule conbined with western medicine on treating acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung).Method Sixty patients met the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD and syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung in TCM were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases).Two groups were treated with the routine treatment of western medicine. The Therapy group administered Shufeng Jiedu Capsule. The period of treatment is six days, to compare the result of two groups by analyzing participants’ clinical symptoms, the TCM symptomatology integral, blood routine test, liver function, renal function and ECG. Ig M antibody of common respiratory pathogens were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay. Record the body temperature of patients with fever at different time(used a mercury thermometer to measure participants’ body temperature daily at 6 a.m. to 12 a.m., 12 a.m.to 6 p.m., 6 p.m.to 12 p.m., body temperature≤37 °C for≥24 hours,six days for an observation period).The data result is processed by SPSS 23.0 software.Results1 The influence of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule demonstrated significant clinical effect in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the total curative effect rate and the curative effect of TCM symptoms of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the controlled significant rate of 76.67%. At the same time, which indicated that the treatment was highly improved compared with the control group.Shufeng Jiedu Capsule can significantly improve the TCM symptomatology integral of the patients,such as shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, cough, fever, sore throat, thirsty and other symptoms, compared with the controlled group(P<0.05). Shufeng Jiedu Capsule can significantly ameliorate WBC、N%of blood routine test for patients,compared with the controlled group(P<0.05).2 There were 10 fever patients in treatment group. The median defervescence time was 23.33 hours. There were 9 fever patients in treatment group. The median defervescence time was 34.74 hours. Shufeng Jiedu Capsule can significantly reduce median defervescence time(P<0.05).It was significant difference the hour range of 24 hours and 48 hours.3 The detection results of eleven respiratory pathogens Ig M: The Ig M-positive rate of 60 cases of was 38.3%.Single respiratory pathogens Ig M positive 15 cases(25%): IFB accounted for 5 cases5,IFA accounted for 3 cases,RSV accounted for1 case,ADV accounted for1 case,PIVS accounted for 1 case,MP accounted for 1case,LP accounted for 1 case, CP accounted for1 case. Mixed respiratory pathogens Ig M positive 8 cases(13.33%): IFB+ IFA accounted for 4 cases, RSV+ PIVS accounted for 1 case, IFB+ IFA+ RSV accounted for 1 case, IFB+ IFA+ MP accounted for 1 case, IFA+ MP + LP accounted for 1 case. The infection rate of virus was the hight,IFB accounted for 12 cases,IFA accounted for 9cases, RSV accounted for 3case,ADV accounted for1 case,PIVS accounted for 2case,MP accounted for 4case, LP accounted for 2 case, CP accounted for1 case, Cox A and B were not detected.4 Shufeng Jiedu capsules combined the routine treatment of western medicine in the treatment of AECOPD is safe and effective.Conclusion1 Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined the routine treatment of western medicine. in the treatment of AECOPD(yndrome of wind-heat invading the lung) can significantlyimprove symptoms and signs, TCM symptomatology integral,WBC and N%, improve the total curative effect rate. It was significant therapeutic effect fever patients.3 Respiratory pathogen infection is an important incentive factor in the pathogenesis of AECOPD, including bacteria, viruses, atypical pathogens.Respiratory viral infection is a common cause of infection. IFB was the most frequency of respiratory virus.MP was the most most frequency of atypical pathogens,and the combined pathogens infection in common in patients with AECOPD.4 No untoward effect happened in the AECOPD treatment of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule, and Shufeng Jiedu Capsule was safe.
