Lotus Needling Cupping Of Zhuang Medicine Clinical Research By Blood Stasis In Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:Under the guidance of the theory of Zhuang medicine "three two theory","blood to balance theory",observation of Zhuang medicine lotus acupuncture cupping by the efficacy and safety of blood stasis and knee joint cavity injection of glass acid sodium injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:This study used a randomized controlled clinical study.The cases from Guangxi University of TCM orthopedics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhuang medical outpatient or inpatient treatment of patients with KOA.In group eighty cases,treatment group(group A)forty cases;control group(group B)forty cases.The treatment group with lotus needle of Zhuang medicine on knee joint pain the most obvious place to take "plum acupuncture + knee off often acupoints(Zusanli,Yin Ling Quan)and Yanglingquan(GB 34)" tapping,cupping,Zhuang medicine pathway wine local inunction,once every other day,fifteen times(about five weeks for a course of treatment;control group with sodium hyaluronate injection in articular cavity injection,25 mg,one / time,one times a week,five times one course of treatment.There are joint effusion,the first puncture drainage,and then injected drugs.Two groups after two weeks,five weeks of treatment(end of treatment)and the end of treatment after one month follow-up Lysholm score of knee joint function and on the above indexes were statistically analyzed.Observation on effect of two different interventions for osteoarthritis of the knee.Results:A total of eighty cases of knee osteoarthritis patients with the clinical research and the smooth completion of randomized,and the successfulcompletion of the corresponding treatment,during a small portion of the patient appeared injection and acupuncture site pain,joint soreness and lower extremity weakness discomfort,but in the end were relieved,no other serious adverse reactions.Age,sex,body mass index,duration and severity of the disease(before treatment Lysholm score of knee joint function)in the treatment group and control group between the two groups showed no significant difference,no statistical significance(P>0.05);before treatment Lysholm knee joint function score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the treatment group and the control group for two weeks and five weeks(end of treatment)and one months after the end of treatment and follow-up before treatment in each group compared Lysholm knee score(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;after two weeks and five weeks after treatment(end of treatment)Lysholm knee joint function score between the two groups(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the score in one months after the end of treatment follow-up Lysholm knee joint function A,B between the two groups(P > 0.05),no statistical significance.Conclusion(s):(1)Zhuang medicine lotus needling cupping Zhuyu method can effectively improve the safety of knee osteoarthritis pain,swelling,Qu Shen adverse events.(2)OF Zhuang medicine lotus acupuncture cupping by blood stasis and glass acid sodium injection of articular cavity injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has good effect,lotus acupuncture treatment group markedly effective,the total efficiency and adverse event occurred rate low relative is better than that of sodium hyaluronate in the control group.
