| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of zhuang medicine lotus needle combined with Zhuang medicine shengfa decoction on male androgenetic alopecia.Methods: A total of 90 male androgenetic alopecia patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 3 groups according to random number table method.30 patients in group A were treated with lotus acupuncture of Zhuang Medicine(tapping scalp and tapping acupoint plus cupping to remove blood stasis)combined with external washing prescription of Zhuang medicine shengfa;30 patients in group B were treated with external washing prescription of Zhuang medicine Shengfa;Control group 30 cases were treated with minoxidil.The treatment course of all three groups was 24 weeks.With hair loss degree and the accompany symptoms(itching degree,fat degree,degree of scales)before and after integration,clinical pictures and hair mirror signs before the treatment,8 weeks,16 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment data contrast analysis,evaluation of zhuang medicine lotus needle joint zhuang medicine germinal wash outside party clinical efficacy and safety in treatment of male androgen alopecia.Results: A total of 90 cases were included,90 cases were finally treated,30 cases were treated in group A,30 cases in group B and 30 cases in control group.The basic data and clinical symptoms of each group before treatment were analyzed,and there were no statistically significant differences in age,disease course and family history among the three groups(P>0.05),and no statistically significant differences in hair loss degree and accompanying symptoms(pruritus degree,greasy degree and scaly degree)among the three groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the statistical analysis results were as follows :(1)the overall effective rate of the group of lotus acupuncture combined with external washing prescription of zhuang medicine shengfa was 90%;The overall effective rate of zhuang Medicine shengfa decoction group was 70%.The overall effective rate of minoxidil rub group was 66.7%.There were statistically significant differences between treatment group A,treatment group B and control group(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between treatment group B and control group(P>0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of treatment group A was better than the other two groups.(2)The comparison of clinical symptoms at each treatment time point between treatment group A and treatment group B was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the degree of hair loss at each treatment time point was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of pruritus was statistically significant from the 24 th day after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the degree of greasy and scaly was statistically significant from the 16 th week after treatment compared with that before treatment.(3)The total score,hair loss,pruritus,scale and greasy degree of patients in treatment group A,treatment group B and control group were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in total score,itching,scale and greasy degree between treatment group B and control group after treatment(P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences in the improvement of hair loss degree(P>0.05).(4)hair mirror signs: the clinical data of 24 weeks before and after treatment comparison analysis,brown beely indications,yellow dot character fading,contrast treatment group A and group B,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),treatment group A and group B respectively compared with control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the increase of short vellus hair and vascular signs and the regression of no hair sign,beehive sign and white spot sign between the treatment group A and the treatment group B and the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the treatment group B and the control group(P>0.05).(5)Safety comparison: the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group A was 10%;No adverse reactions occurred in treatment group B and 20% in control group.There were adverse reactions in treatment group A and control group.In treatment group A,the symptoms were acupuncture pain,skin redness and mild itching of scalp,which could be relieved by themselves without affecting the treatment.In the control group,common side effects were increased hair in non-treated areas of the body,temporary aggravation of hair loss in the early stage of medication,erythema,dryness,desquamation and pruritus on the skin of the medication site.Conclusion:(1)zhuang medicine lotus needle combined with zhuang medicine shengfa external wash can effectively inhibit alopecia and promote hair growth,and the efficacy is better than zhuang medicine shengfa external wash alone or minoxidil wipe.(2)The efficacy of zhuang medicine Lotus needle combined with Zhuang medicine shengfa external washing prescription and zhuang medicine shengfa external washing prescription alone in improving accompanying symptoms(itching,scale,greasy degree)is better than minoxidil rubbing agent.(3)There were few adverse reactions of zhuang medicine lotus needle combined with Zhuang medicine Shengfa external washing prescription,and the symptoms of acupuncture pain and skin irritation caused by the treatment process could be relieved by themselves. |
