Objective : To observe the effect of folium and chrysanthemum Decoction oral induced by the combination of row phlegm technology and conventional western medicine treatment of wind heat cough in children with symptoms and signs, sputum inflammatory cells and interleukin 6(IL-6), interleukin- 17(IL-17) levels, clinical curative effect and mechanism of Sangju Yin examines, looking for traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined treatment of children with wind heat cough best method.Method: With wind heat cough in 90 patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine combined with sputum induction group(45 people) and induced sputum group(45 people). Two groups were treated with hypertonic saline atomization sputum and Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine induced sputum group with Sangju Yin orally. Before treatment and 7 days after treatment, the changes of symptoms and signs were observed, and the sputum samples were classified and counted. The content of IL-6 and IL-17 in sputum supernatant was examined by ELISA method.Result: Two groups of children with gender, age and treatment before symptoms and signs of the data by statistical analysis, the difference was not statistically significant, comparable.1) the total effect: sputum induction group(45 cases), 3 cases were cured, 21 cases were markedly effective, effective in 20 cases, 1 case was ineffective, the markedly effective rate of 53.3%; traditional Chinese medicine combined with sputum induction group(45 cases), 20 cases were cured, 22 cases were markedly effective, effective in 3 cases, invalid 0 cases, the markedly effective rate 93.3%; a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05), showing traditional Chinese medicine combined with sputum induction group curative effect is better than that of sputum induction group.2) clinical symptoms and signs: compared with sputum induced group, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in induced sputum cough, throat irritation, sleep and runny nose symptoms, lung wet rales absorption degree, tongue, pulse condition improved markedly, with significant difference(P < 0.01).3) sputum inflammatory cell counting and classification: compared with sputum induction group, after treatment traditional Chinese medicine phlegm induced neutrophils ratio and proportion of the proportion of epithelial cells and macrophages are not the same, significantly reduced the percentage of neutrophils, with very significant difference(P < 0.01).4) in sputum supernatant IL-6 and IL-17 levels: before treatment, the sputum induction group with traditional Chinese medicine combined with sputum induction group the level of IL-17 and IL-6 was no significant difference(P > 0.05); two groups before and after treatment, the level of IL-17 and IL-6 were different, with very significant difference(P < 0.01); and sputum induction group compared, after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with phlegm induced group, IL-6 and IL-17 levels decreased rapidly, with a very significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Sangju Yin combined with induced sputum technique in the treatment of children after significant improvement of clinical symptoms, sputum neutrophil aggregation was reduced, levels of IL-6 and IL-17 were significantly reduced, suggesting that Sangju Yin may be by reducing airway inflammation. It plays a role in the treatment and wind heat cough is one of the best methods of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment.
