The Practice And Exploration Of Health Products Business Quality Management System Construction

Objective: This research intend to explore and build a healthy product business quality management system to help improve the business quality management of healthy products, which thereby could better serve the business of healthy products and promote the development of healthy industry by setting up a company.Methods: Business quality management of healthy products is the study object of this research. In reference of theories and principles of pharmaceutical quality management system and by searching literature, making market research and studying business quality management of healthy products, this research managed to combine theory with the practice of start a healthy product business, to explore how to construct healthy product quality management system in reality.Results: Under the guidance of the tutor and based on the understanding of quality management system that mastered during the study of a bachelor’s degree, this research combined theoretical knowledge of pharmacy management with the practices of starting business and opened a company named Anhui Jia Wei Trading Company. In this research, the researchers preliminarily established a business quality management system, which also brought considerable profit to the company.Conclusion: Building a business quality management system of healthy products,bringing it in the management of a healthy product company, not only help the company win the market, gain profits, but also give the researcher the chance to undertake the social responsibility as an operator of a company.
