Objective: To find out the issues and the social behavior of children with cerebral palsy living ability and explore the effects of psychological intervention measures such as intervention in children with cerebral palsy behavior problems.Method:Apply the method of convenience sampling, and study the 2~10 years old children with cerebral palsy who are hospitalized in children health rehabilitation centers of The Second People’s Hospital in Wu Hu.Children with cerebral palsy in this study were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation, and under the guidance of "KAP line" concept, their parents were trained in series(home-based rehabilitation skills training and behavior modification skills training for children),a total of 53 study subjects completed all the information involved in the assessment and behavioral intervention.Use self-general questionnaire(parents of children with cerebral palsy and general information),Achenbach Children Behavior Rating Scale(including 2 to 3 years, ranging from 4 to 16 years old version),infant-junior high school social studies and other living scale Object assessed before and after intervention.Results:(1)In this study, total scores or any behavior scores are higher than normal(P98)as positive criteria.Among 53 cases of children with cerebral palsy detection of abnormal behavior,28 cases were detected as positive, and the detection rate was 52.83%,significantly higher than National Children’s behavioral problems detection rate of 12.97%(c2=73.96,P<0.01).(2)The number of male children with abnormal number of cases was 18(45.0%),while the number of female children with abnormal number of cases was 10(76.9%),the detection rate of female children with behavior problems was significantly higher than male children(P<0.05).The overall behavior problems detection rate of 2~3 years old,4~5 years old,6~11 years old were 61.11%,55.0% and 40.0% respectively, the different ages behavioral problems detection rate was no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)The behavior problems detection rate of children with different fathers’ cerebral palsy age, family structure,long-term careers, careers negative emotion were significantly different(P<0.05),while the type of cerebral palsy,GMFCS classification, place of residence, parents’ education level, occupation and other factors behavioral problems detection rate was no significant difference(P> 0.05).(4)The number of children with cerebral palsy whose ability of social life were out of normal or near normal was 9 cases(17.0%),severe abnormalities were in the majority,13 cases(24.9%),83.0% of children with cerebral palsy had a unusual social life ability(score ≤ 8 points).(5)After a series of behavioral intervention, children with cerebral palsy were reassessed with their behavioral problems.Among 53 cases of children with cerebral palsy,19 cases of children with abnormal behavior were detected, the detection rate was 35.8%,of which 12 cases were male children, accounting for male children 30.0% totally, female children were 7 cases, accounting for 53.8% of the total number of female children.2~3 age group children with cerebral palsy detected was 9 cases(50.0%),4~5 age group children with cerebral palsy detected was 7 cases(35.0%),6~11 age group children with cerebral palsy detected was 3 cases(20.0%).Comparison of the results of the detection rate of behavioral problems before and after intervention showed that children with cerebral palsy before and after the detection rate were significantly different(P<0.05),while the front and rear of each age group of children with cerebral palsy detection rate was no significant difference(P>0.05).(6)Different age groups of children with cerebral palsy behavior problems were significantly lower than before the intervention after intervention scores, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the individual behavior factors,2~3 age group social withdrawal, depression, somatic complaints, attack, destroy scores were lower than the score before intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),sleep problems before and after the score was not significantly different(P>0.05);4~5 years old group attacks, social withdrawal,Depression scores were lower than before the intervention points, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and schizoid, sexual problems, somatic complaints, male children discipline, childish immature, female children with obesity, hyperactivity factor score differences No statistically significant(P>0.05);6~11 age group hyperactivity, social withdrawal, physical complaints scores were lower than pre-intervention scores, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and depression, aggressiveness, discipline, male children with disruptive, obsessive, bad communication, female children issues, split coercion, cruelty scores showed no significant difference(P>0.05).(7)Social intervention on children with cerebral palsy living standard scores before and after results showed that independent living, sports, job actions, communication, group activities,self-management and total score difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)Psychological and behavioral problems of children with cerebral palsy detection rate was high, especially the performance of children who are 2 to 3 years old girl with cerebral palsy is more prominent, the main performance is individual behavior factor social withdrawal.(2)In this study,a considerable part of the social life of children with cerebral capacity is low.(3)According to the theory of "knowing, believing, performing",train and guide parents of children with cerebral palsy to correct behavioral intervention model of psychological and behavioral problems, which can effectively reduce the children’s retreat, depression, attacks and other psychological and behavioral problems, particularly, the effect of young patients with cerebral palsy children is more significant, but the social life of children with cerebral palsy capacity is less affected.(4)Behavioral intervention for children with cerebral palsy and psychological behavior modification methods are workable and practical, which are suitable for being promoted in rehabilitation institutions, communities and families of children with cerebral palsy.
