Analysis Based On Data Mining About Assessment Elements In Sting Therapy Of Zhuang Medicated Thread In Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis

Objective:Through the analysis of gouty arthritis patients’ medical records after sting therapy of Zhuang Medicated,explore this therapy’s curative effect for this disease.Then find out the high relevant items with the curative effect.So we could provide some reference basises for the formulation of this therapy.Methods:Selected 202 clinic records of gouty arthritis patient which were treated by sting therapy of Zhuang Medicated and selected their laboratory examinations,symptom score,tongue and pulse condition,curative effect score after treatment.And through the BP neural network,clustering analysis and pearson correlation these three data mining analysis methods to research the results.Results:Got a items arrangement related to the curative effect after treatment through these three methods and searching in the intersection then find out the items which have reference value for the therapeutic evaluation of this therapy.The influence of them from high to low are joint pain score,joint swelling score,joint mobility score,blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hemoglobin,urinalysis RBC,urine latent blood,creatinine,dark red tongue,red tongue,smooth pulse,thin tongue coating,deep pulse and pale tongue.Conclusion(s): All these items above are really important in the establish of sting therapy of Zhuang Medicated thread in treatment of gouty arthritis.
