Clinical Analysis Of Patients With Solitary Pulmonary Nodule Of CT-guided Localization With Injection Of Methylene Blue Mixture

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of localization value with methylene blue mixture in the patients who have solitary pulmonary nodules with thoracoscope surgery.Methods:The clinical datas of 60 cases of solitary pulmonary nodules(solitary pulmonary nodule,SPN)patients,were from January 2014 to June 2015,in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi TCM University.They were randomly divided into study group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Record the operation searching time,the number of transit thoracotomy,drainage tube removal time,hospital stays,postoperative complications,were analyzed statistically.The experiment group was given CT scanning with methylene blue mixture,the control group was only given CT scanning.Comparing the difference in the operation searching time,the number of transit thoracotomy,drainage tube removal time,hospital stays,postoperative complications between study group and control group.Results:The two groups were all cured.The operation searching time of study group is less than control group(P<0.05);The number of transit thoracotomy of study group is less than control group(P<0.05);The time of hospital stays is less than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Preoperative CT guided solitary pulmonary nodule with injection of methylene blue mixture,make SPN grown up quickly.Injection of methylene blue mixture is a good method about the CT localization of SPN.
