Phlegm And Blood Stasis,Heat Clearing And Detoxicating On Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease In Patients With FIB And Hs-CRP Clinical Intervention Study

Objective: Observation phlegm and remove blood stasis,heat-clearing and detoxifying method for patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris(phlegm heat and blood stasis resistance type)Fibrinogen(Human Fibrinogen FIB),hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hypersen C-reactive protein,the hs-CRP)。Methods: Through the randomized approach will belong to two groups of72 patients in clinical observation.The treatment group with oral different yamanashi nitrate ester and detoxification of blood particles,The control group is oral different yamanashi nitrate ester.Treatment for 4 weeks,observing two groups of TCM syndrome before and after treatment,angina pectoris,FIB and CRP conditions change,And through the statistical analysis of the data obtained from the research process,to science and to evaluate their clinical efficacy and safety related.Results: 1.After treatment,the treatment group in the lower levels of CRP and FIB obviously better than the control group.2.After treatment,the treatment group effect of CRP,FIB is better than control group.3.Two groups of patients in the ecg changes and nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate comparison,no difference.4.Two groups of patients were not adverse reactions during the medication.Conclusion: Using the phlegm and remove blood stasis,qingrejiedu treatments for coronary heart disease angina pectoris,CRP and FIB level can significantly reduce patients.
