A Retrospective Analysis Of The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris Complicated With Diabetes By The Method Of "invigorating Qi And Nourishing Yin And Detoxification"

Objective:Through the method of retrospective analysis,the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin and Xuanbi Jiedu methods in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris complicated with diabetes was evaluated,and the clinical experience of instructors in the treatment of this disease with Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Xijiao Dihuang Decoction was discussed and summarized.Materials and Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,97 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris complicated with diabetes who suffered from deficiency of both qi and yin,phlegm and blood stasis and toxic stagnation were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical data such as symptoms,tongue pulse,electrocardiogram,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose before and after treatment were collected respectively.SPSS 25.0 software was used to statistically analyze the symptoms,tongue pulse,syndrome score,electrocardiogram curative effect,blood glucose curative effect and other indicators before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.Ninety-seven patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris complicated with diabetes had significant differences in chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,tiredness and weakness,five vexations and fever,dry mouth,polydipsia and polydipsia after taking the traditional Chinese medicine decoction for 4 weeks(P<0.01).there were significant differences in eating more food,good hunger,pharyngalgia,bitter mouth,insomnia,tongue quality,tongue coating and pulse condition(p < 0.01).there were certain differences in urine frequency,sweating(P<0.05),and there was no difference in body weight loss(P>0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes is 92.78%.2.Electrocardiogram curative effect: 8 cases showed marked effect,accounting for 8.25%;63cases were effective,accounting for 64.95%;23 cases were invalid,accounting for 23.71%;Aggravated 3 cases,accounting for 3.09%.The total effective rate of ECG after treatment was73.2%.3.The average fasting blood glucose before treatment was 8.84±1.06,the average fasting blood glucose after treatment was 6.36±0.89,the average blood glucose 2 hours before and after treatment was 13.61±1.11,and the average blood glucose 2 hours after treatment was9.35±1.04.Blood sugar was significantly improved before and after treatment(P < 0.05).Among them,21 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 21.65%;Effective 64 cases,accounting for 65.98%;12 cases were invalid,accounting for 12.37%.The total effective rate of blood sugar after treatment was 87.63%.Conclusion:1.Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with Xijiao Dihuang Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of coronary heart disease angina pectoris complicated with diabetes patients with deficiency of both qi and yin,phlegm and blood stasis toxic stagnation.2.With the method of "invigorating qi,nourishing yin,relieving arthralgia and detoxicating",Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with Xijiao Dihuang Decoction can be used to treat coronary heart disease angina pectoris complicated with diabetes of deficiency of both qi and yin,phlegm and blood stasis toxic stagnation type,which can improve the electrocardiogram of patients,reduce fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose,and improve the clinical efficacy.
