The Clinical Study About Lonicerae And Forsythiae Powder With Exterior-Interior Resolving For Pediatric Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis With Syndrome Of Exuberant Heat In Lung And Stomach

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder for Pediatric acu te suppurative tonsillitis and discuss the mech anism of Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder,and provide scientific basis for its rational use.Methods:75 eligible patients were assigned to a treatment group(n=39)and a control group(n=36).The control group were given regular antibiotics treatment and the treatment group were given Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder on the basis of the control group.Meanwhile,the two Groups were given nebulization treatmentand expectant treatment,as 7 days a cycle.The time of clinical symptom improvement,the hematological changes(WBC),the clinical effect and adverse reaction were observed in both groups.Results:The result of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the improvement of antiadoncus,the improvement time of pharyngalgia,the disappearance time of purulent secretion and the recovery time of temperature(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in reducing WBC(P> 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in the total efficiency(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder has definite clinical effect in treating Pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis,it can improve the patients,clinical symptoms and shorten the duration of clinical symptoms,and and improve the clinical effi cacy.It is worthily recommended in the clinical application.
