The Clinical Observation Of Longdanxiegan Decoction And Xiaochengqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Alcoholic Hepatitis (Liver And Gallbladder Damp-heat Syndrome)

Objective: Through the observation of Longdanxiegan Decoction and Xiaochengqi Decoction in the treatment of alcoholic hepatitis(liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndr ome)clinical curative efficacy,and the symptomatic addition and subtraction should be us ed to explore Chinese medicine in the curative effect of treatment for alcoholic hepatiti s(hereinafter referred to as AH),through the statistical analysis,the objective evaluation fo Longdanxiegan Decoction combined Xiaochengqi Decoction in the treatment of alc oholic hepatitis(liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome)clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: All patients are from Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of tr aditional Chinese medicine in liver and spleen stomach,treatment area and clinic,and in accordance with the inclusion criteria,60 patients with alcoholic hepatitis(liver ga llbladder dampness heat syndrome)patients,using a randomized grouping method,divi ded into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.Treat ment group with Longdanxiegan Decoction combined Xiaochengqi Decoction 150 ml / t ime,twice a day,oral,control group using Gandujing granules,8g / times,3 times a day orally,the course of treatment in the two groups are 8 weeks.Changes of TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment,and the changes of liver fu nction,digestive system ultrasound and BMI were detected and recorded.Finally,acco rding to the corresponding curative effect evaluation standard,make the evaluation.Results: 60 cases of patients with all according to the treatment of the clinical resea rch.Efficacy: the treatment group of 30 cases,16 cases were cured(53.33%),effective i n 12 cases(40%),invalid in 2 cases(6.67%),the total effective rate was 93.33%;the co ntrol group of 30 cases,9 cases were cured(30%),effective in 13 cases(53.33%),invali d in 8 cases(26.67%),the total the efficiency was 83.33%,by statistical analysis,the tre atment group curative effect is better than that of the control group(P<0.05)had statisti cal significance;Two groups in terms of TCM symptoms and improve liver function,d igestive system such as ultrasonic treatment before has improved,but the treatment gr oup use of Longdanxiegan Decoction combined Xiaochengqi Decoction in AST and G GT are better than using Gandujing granules in the control group.In the safety aspect,the two groups were not found adverse reactions that Longdanxiegan Decoction with low safety and good bearing gas soup.Conclusion: Clinical application of Longdanxiegan Decoction combined Xiaoqingqi Decoction in treating alcoholic hepatitis(liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome),c an significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of li ver function,and reduce the degree of alcoholic hepatitis.This side has no obvious a dverse reactions and toxic side effects in the course of the experiment,and the clinica l curative effect is satisfactory,it is worth popularizing.
