Object: This experiment will Liuwei Dihuang pills group fabrication medicine cake placed on Shenque, Guanyuan, Zusanli, Pishu and Shenshu impose herbal cake separated moxibustion, observe the on cyclophosphamide induced immunosuppressed rabbit spleen index and immune cells called T cells subsets, NK cells, B cells and cytokine interferon gamma(IFN-) and leukocyte mediated IL- 2(IL-2), leukocyte mediated IL- 4(IL-4) effect. To observe the effects of different moxibustion on inhibition of rabbit immunity induced by cyclophosphamide. The purpose of the study was to explore the effect of moxibustion on immune organs, immune cells and cytokines.Methods: Will big ear rabbits were 50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,namely control group, model group, herbal cake separated moxibustion group,moxibustion group, fake cake separated moxibustion group septum. Except the blank group, other 4 groups were injected cyclophosphamide 60 mg/kg, continuous modeling for 7 days, due to immunosuppression model. The 3 treatment groups were given moxibustion, moxibustion, fake cake moxibustion moxibustion moxibustion 10 times every other day, a total of. End of treatment the next animal ear vein anesthesia,animals were dissected spleen tissue and venous blood, said spleen weight and calculate the spleen index, venous blood was centrifuged to obtain serum ELISA method for the detection of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, NK cell and B cell value, making spleen homogenate and heart from the supernatant by ELISA homogenate supernatant IFN-, IL-2, IL-4 content determination.Results:1. Spleen index increased significantly after modeling, the difference is significant statistically(P < 0.01), segment after the treatment of herbal cake separated moxibustion spleen index decreased significantly, and the blank group the difference was not obvious; spleen index decreased significantly after moxibustion treatment, compared with blank group, the difference was not significant; fake cake Group and model group compared with the presence of significant difference(P <0.01), and the blank group the difference was not significant.2. Compared with the control group, after modeling, model group CD3+decreased significantly, and CD8+ were significantly increased, the difference is significant statistically(P < 0.01), vibration treatment of herbal cake separated moxibustion CD3 + increased significantly(P < 0.01), CD8+ decreased significantly(P < 0.01), not obvious difference compared with that of the blank group;moxibustion treatment CD3+, CD8+ had no obvious change, compared with the blank control group had no statistical significance; vibration fake cake moxibustion CD3+,CD8 + had no obvious change, but compared with the blank group, the significant difference(P < 0.01).3. After modeling IL-4 was significantly lower than that of the blank group(P <0.01), vibration herbal cake separated moxibustion treatment significantly improved immune suppressed the levels of IL-4 in rabbits, group and blank there was no significant difference; moxibustion treatment after IL-4 had no significant difference,but compared with the blank control group significantly(P < 0.01); vibration fake cake moxibustion IL-4 content without change, and blank group difference is significantly different(P < 0.01).Conclusions:1. Herbal cake separated moxibustion can be antagonized cyclophosphamide immune inhibition the spleen index return to normal levels within a relatively short period of time; adjustment as a result of cyclophosphamide induced CD3+ decreased and CD8+increased; regulation due to decreased IL-4 induced by cyclophosphamide,to improve the immune function of organism.2. Moxibustion can inhibit the immunosuppressive effect of cyclophosphamide,so that the immune suppression of rabbit spleen index to normal levels, can improve the immune function of rabbit immune suppression.3. Moxibustion group compared with moxibustion group, to improve the immune suppression of rabbit T cell subsets of CD3+and CD8+cells and IL-4 indexes on cake separated moxibustion in treatment effect is more obvious.
