Shuyu Capsule Combined With Fluoxetine In The Treatment Of Depression (mild) Liver Qi Stagnation Syndrome Clinical Observation And Influence On Serum Thyroid Hormone Mechanism Research

Objective: To explore the effect of Shuyu Capsule on depression(mild or moderate) effect of thyroid function in patients with stagnation of liver qi, to seek better treatment for depression.Methods:The research object for 2015 January to December 2015 in Jinan Central Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient treatment of depression(mild) liver qi stagnation syndrome patients(diagnostic criteria of ICD-10), within two weeks of not taking antidepressants and other psychiatric drugs, all signed the informed consent, a total of 51 people, age range 18-60 years of age. Research object by double-blind double dummy technique Shuyu capsule group(group A) and fluoxetine group(group B), soothe depression capsule group(group A) administration Shuyu capsule and fluoxetine, fluoxetine group(group B) to drug Shuyu capsule simulator and fluoxetine, a total of 6 weeks of treatment, the study period is strictly prohibited except fluoxetine psychiatric drug taking. HAMD scale and SDS scale were measured at third and sixth weeks before treatment respectively, and the levels of thyroid hormone T 3, T 4, T F 3 and T F 4 were detected. Using SPSS17.0 software package for statistical analysis of the data obtained.Results: Schedule before treatment Shu Yu capsule group and fluoxetine group HAMD, SDS scale, there was no significant difference, the treatment 3, capsule group HAMD scale for 6 Zhou Shuyu, amount of SDS scale score, the difference was statistically significant; the treatment 3, 6 weeks fluoxetine group HAMD scale, SDS table score, the difference was statistically significant; Shu Yu capsule group and fluoxetine group HAMD before and after treatment, SDS scale were decreased.Before treatment Shu Yu capsule group and fluoxetine group thyroid hormones(T 3, T 4, t f 3 and f t 4) level variance analysis no statistical significance; Shuyu capsule group before and after treatment FT4 levels decreased, the difference is statistically significant; T3 levels, the difference is statistically significant; FT3, T4 levels were not statistically significant. Before and after treatment, the levels of FT3, FT4, T3 and T4 in fluoxetine group were not statistically significant.Conclusion: For of depression(mild) of liver qi stagnation syndrome patients, Shuyu capsule and fluoxetine combined with fluoxetine on thyroid function influence than, because Shuyu capsule group FT3, T4 index have significant differences, and differences in the fluoxetine group is not obvious; the scale from the HAMD, SDS table to see, Shuyu capsule and fluoxetine combination and single fluoxetine can improve depressive symptoms.With soothing the liver stagnation in the treatment of depression can significantly improve the symptoms of depression and patients with thyroid function can be adjusted; single light, moderate depression of liver qi stagnation syndrome patients, the pathogenesis of depression may be associated with thyroid function. Soothe depression capsules effects of Shugan Jieyu, after taking drug depression in patients with thyroid index change that "ganzhushuxie" mechanism may be related to depression in patients with thyroid function.
