Clinical Research Of Wendan Yizhu Decoction On Infantile Eczema With Spleen Deficiency Dampness

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Wendan yi zhu Decoction on infantile eczema with spleen deficiency dampness.Methods:Selecting 91 eligible patients who suffered from infantile eczema with spleen deficiency dampness,using random method in clinical research,dividing it into the treatment group and the control group,45 cases of the treatment group,and 46 cases of the control group.The treatment group was given Wendan yi zhu Decoction, but the control group was given Cetirizine Hydrochloride Syrup.The 2 groups were detailed guidance for nursing.Evaluate the comprehensive curative effect after treatment of 4 weeks (including the total curative effect,the improvement of psoriasis area and severity,the degree of pruritus),follow up 1 month after drug withdrawal,to observe the recurrence rate.Results:l.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 91.33% and 91.30% respectively, the markedly effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 75.56% and 54.35% respectively. The effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P < 0.05).2.The EASI score and the integral of itching degree,compared with before and after treatment there is statistical significance(P< 0.05).Comparison among groups,there is statistical significance (P< 0.05) in the above two aspects between treatment and control group.3.The recurrence rate of the treatment group is lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05)Conclusion:1.Wendan yi zhu Decoction can significantly reduce the EASI scores of infantile eczema with spleen deficiency dampness,reduce the patient psoriasis area and severity and can significantly improve the symptoms of itching of the patients.2.Wendan yi zhu Decoction can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of the infantile eczema...
