chronic heart failure,preliminary exploration of Chinese medicine dialectical medication rules for treating chronic heart failure,providing theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic heart failure and objective basis,in order to better guide clinical and research use.Objective: Through the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure related literature hownet Database search(China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,CNKI),the Data resources of ten thousand system(Wanfang Data)and the VIP Database(VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,VIP),with "heart","heart failure","cardiac insufficiency" as the "subject","essay","key words","from January 2005 to December 2005" as the literature published year,by downloading the literature citations,read the literature summary,when it is necessary to download the full text,selected into the standard literature,extract relevant information,including gender,cardiac function,the main primary disease,treatment,common witness,drug laws,drug kinds.Creating a database of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure,based on the database using epidate and sorting,frequency of statistical methods to analyze the drug law of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure.And using the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and illustrate the rationality of the medication rule of knowledge,providing theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic heart failure and objective basis,in order to better guide clinical and drug use.Results:1.This study summarized into standard of 546 articles,21336 cases with detailed gender data records are selected cases,10748 cases(about 50.4%)of men and women in 10588 cases(49.4%),the selected cases ratio close to 1 : 1.2.Through summarizing the literature of 546 Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure,are selected with detailed data records of cases,15648 cases of primary disease,including coronary heart disease(CHD)in CHF various pathogenic factors in the first place,followed by high heart disease,rheumatic heart disease,lung,enlarge,etc.3.Collect nearly a decade of the 546 articles,have detailed data record,a total of 16432 cases of cardiac function classification of cases.Grade of cardiac function Ⅰ 219 cases(about 1.4%);Ⅱ level 4696(about 28.6%);Ⅲ
