Analysis Of Clinical Drug Laws Of Professor Tao Kai Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine In Stable Period Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: To analyze the laws of syndrome differentiation and prescription of Professor Tao Kai on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease through applying the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)iheritance system(v2.5),then summarizing and inheriting academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Tao Kai.Methods:Through following clinic,collecting medical records in the department of pulmonary disease clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in September 2015-December 2017,the patient records of Professor Tao Kai’s diagnosis of "COPD stable period" and 190 prescriptions were selected,then arranging the medical records and entering the platform of TCM inheritance system(V2.5)to finish data analysis.Results:1.Among all clinical times,according to the drugs occurrence frequency of high and low,the drugs were Fritillaria thunbergii,Forsythia,Perilla frutescens,Pinellia ternata,Magnolia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Rhizome of Chuanxiong,Honeysuckle,Chinese bellflower and Reed rhizome.Huatanzhike medicine,heat-clearing medicine,huoxue medicine and tonic medicine were the main compose TCM.2.The commonly used drug pairs are 92 combinations: Pinellia ternata,Fritillariathunbergii,Fritillaria thunbergii,Ligusticum chuanxiong,forsythia Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong and Magnolia officinalis.The 7 core Chinese medicinal herbs are Fritillaria thunbergii,forsythia,Perilla frutescens,Pinellia ternate,Magnolia officinalis,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.3.The new common prescription are Platycodon--coke-make Gardenia bran fried Atractylodes,Radix Scutellariae and fried bitter almond-coke-Gardenia bran fried Atractylodes,Radix Scutellariae and Fructus Gardeniae praeparatus-Peucedanum-white cardamom,Radix Scutellariae and bran fried Atractylodes-Peucedanum-Fructus aurantii and so on.Conclusion: on the drugs,Professor Tao Kai mainly used Huatanzhike medicine,heat-clearing medicine,huoxue medicine and tonic medicine which is accord with the pathogeny.The core prescription mined newly has efficacy of clearing heat,reducing phlegm,Eliminating dampness and tonifying spleen.It can be applied for all kinds of COPD,if given proper cutting.It has a high clinical value.
