Clinical Study On Remission Of Ulcerative Colitis Of Syndrome Of Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Treated By Invigoration Spleen And Warming Kidney Decoction

Object: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the Invigoration Spleen and Warming Kidney Decoction for the treatment on the ulcerative colitis of remission stage(syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney);compare the recurrence of Invigoration Spleen and Warming Kidney Decoction and Mesalazine enter-coated tablets on the treatment of the ulcerative colitis of remission stage.Methods: Choosing 65 cases of patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the liver and gallbladder,spleen and stomach department of Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to July 2015.These subjects were randomly divided into experimental group with 34 people and control group with 34 people.The experimental group was given the invigoration spleen and warming kidney decoction,while the control group was given the Mesalazine enter-coated tablets.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.And then made detailed records in terms of the changes in symptoms and the recurrence of these subjects during the therapeutic process.After the treatment course,these subjects were received reexamination.And then,aggregated these data and established a database as well as collected,analyzed and recorded the results by using the software of SPSS18.0.Results:1.After treatment,the efficacy of the treatment group was 93.76% while the control group was 87.88%((the rank sum test P=0.0012,P<0.051),which showed the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of efficacy.2.The total effective rate of the two groups was 96.86% in the treatment group and63.64% in the control group.Compared with the control group,the treatment groupwasbetter than the control group.(P<0.01);And in the efficacy of TCM,the diarrhea,abdominal pain,tenesmus,cold limbs,acid of waist and knee were obviously removed after treatment,which was better than those of the control group(P<0.05);pus and blood,bloating had received a significant improvement after treatment,but these two groups had no obvious difference.(P > 0.05).3.Colonic mucosa efficiency of treatment group was 93.75%,while the control group was 54.55%.Thus,in the aspect of improving colonic mucosa,the treatment group was better than the control group.4.After treatment,the recurrence of experimental group was 3.13% while the control group was 21.21%(P<0.05),which shows that the treatment group was better than the control group.5.During the treatment,there was no adverse reaction in the experimental group,while the control group was 9.09%(P<0.05),which shows there was a significant difference between these two groups.Conclusion:1.The invigoration spleen and warming Kidney decoction can relieve ulcerative colitis(syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)and in TCM syndrome it can remove diarrhea,abdominal pain,tenesmus,cold limbs,acid of waist and knee effectively;And it is superior to the western medicine Mesalazine in improving the colonic mucosa;in the terms of relapse prevention,it is also more effective than Mesalazine and without any remarkable adverse effects.2.In terms of the recurrence,there was a significant difference between the Invigoration Spleen and Warming Kidney Decoction(syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)and Mesalazine enter-coated tablets for the treatment on the ulcerative colitis of remission stage.In addition,with less adverse reaction,the Invigoration Spleen and Warming Kidney Decoction is safe and effective and can be used for treating the ulcerative colitis of remission stage.
