Objective:Providing a good solution on improving the obese T2 DM patients complicated with IR is through the clinical observation of the effect on obesity T2 DM complicated with IR in patients with BMI, FPG, fins, HOMA-IR, to make a research on how Jianpi Huatan, Tongfu Xiezhuo method effecting obese T2 DM insulin resistance(IR) in patients were observed.Methods: In this study, 60 cases of obesity T2 DM patients with IR, according to the symptoms and signs of differentiation of symptoms and signs for spleen deficiency and phlegm Sheng, phlegm and toxin intrinsic type, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each; For treatment group, beside having oral metformin 0.5g three times a day, they will also have herbal medicine based on the method of Jianpi Huatan, Tongfu Xiezhuo. For control group will have metformin 0.5g, three times a day. Both groups will have a course of 12 weeks. After 12 weeks’ treatment, data of the two groups including the symptom scores of before and after treatment, BMI, blood glucose, blood lipids,HbA1 c, FINS, HOMA-IR, FIB, FFA and other data will be applied to statistical analysis;Results: Through the clinical observation, Jianpihuatan and Tongfu Xiezhuo improved the symptom scores of before and after treatment, BMI, blood glucose,blood lipids, HbA1 c, FINS, HOMA-IR, FIB, FFA;Conclusion: Through the clinical observation, jianpihuatan, Tongfu Xiezhuo cure method can improve the phenomenon of obese T2 DM patients with IR. Theircomprehensive effect is better than simply using metformin group. These mehod are worthy of further promotion and use;...
