Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Occipital Nerve Entrapment Syndrome By Acupotomy Releasing The Pulvinar Tendinous Arch

Objective Cinical Observation on the treatment of occipital nerve entrapment syndrome by acupotomy releasing the pulvinar tendinous arch,and its mechanism of treatment options, provide practices for the treatment of occipital nerve entrapment syndrome, efficacy, clinical repeatable operation of treatment and clinical evidence.Methods 60 patients with occipital nerve viega profi-press syndrome were divided into two groups according to random number table method: needle knife release pillow after tendinous arch group(treatment group) and item seven needle acupuncture group(control group), 30 cases each.Observed in two groups of patients before and after treatment VAS score, BRS 6 grade, ROM differences, will collect data from statistical analysis, the scientific evaluation of needle knife release pillow tendinous arch after the clinical efficacy of treatment of occipital nerve viega profi-press syndrome.Results The statistical analysis, two groups of patients before and after treatment group curative effect comparison respectively, both P<0.05, suggesting that there are obvious differences.After the treatment, compared the clinical effect between the two way, P <0.05, suggesting that the two groups after treatment in patients with curative effect evaluation have obvious difference.Conclusion Two groups of patients with the disease are effective.Release the bow group, a pillow after tendon the needle knife item seven needle acupuncture group is obviously better than the curative effect.The scheme for occipital nerve viega profi-press syndrome patients to provide a specification operation, high efficiency, simple and reliable treatment, clinical management has good prospects.
