Objective: To investigate the allergens distribution of children in Chenzhou, this may provide a scientific evidence for individualized treatment for children with allergic disease and asthma.Methods: Serum samples were obtained from patients with allergic disease(n=3080) and treated in the chenzhou children's hospital between January 2014 to December 2015,which were subjected to the detection of sIgE of allergens and total IgE level by using ELISA.Results: 1.The positive rate of sIgE was 78.06%,the highest positive rate as 39.44% of dust mites, followed by milk 10.18%, egg white/yellow 8.99%, dog and cat dander, fish and shrimp and crab shell, beef were 7.31%,5.47%,1.24% respectively. Toppings combination 1.37%, mulberry, mold combination, mango Cockroaches, amaranth, cashew, pineapple near to 0.84%,0.81%,0.76% 0.45% 0.45% 0.47% 0.55%.2. The highest inhalation and food allergens sIgE were dust mites and milk, respectively. Inhaled allergens sIgE positive rate higher than food allergen(?2 = 442.54,P= 0.00).3. Analysising in different gender: Female children with allergens sIgE positive rate is higher than male children(?2 = 60.93,P= 0.00). Inhaled allergens sIgE positive rate have no significant difference(?2 = 60.93,P= 0.00).Food allergen, the female children in egg white/yellow and milk is significantly higher than male children(?2 = 18.86,P= 0.00,?2 = 13.97,P= 0.00), and the rest of the allergen sIgE have no significant difference(P > 0.05),4.Analysising in different age groups: The positive rate of sIgE in school-age children group were higher than infant and preschool children group. Infant were mainly food allergens, egg white/yellow, milk and fish and shrimp and crab shell are commonly. preschool children were mainly inhaled allergens, predominately dust mites, mold and toppings.5. Analysing in hierarchical distribution: Positive rate of allergens sIgE 1-2 level were significantly higher than that of grade 3-6.Positive form of dust mites and cockroach sIgE 1-2 levels have no significant difference compared to grade 3-6, the rest of the allergen sIgE 1-2 level were significantly higher than the grade 3-6(P < 0.05).6.Only 20.98% children with allergic diseases detected a single allergen,the rest were mixed allergen.7. Subjects up for asthmatic bronchitis in children with 26.61%, followed by bronchial asthma19.48%, allergic rhinitis 15.96%, eczema15.17%, allergic cough14.07%, allergen sIgE positive rate were 71.05%, 85.96%, 90.94%, 59.10%, 57.94% respectively.8. Children with bronchial asthma is given priority to with inhalation allergen, the highest positive rate of 58.56% is dust mites, there is no mulberry, amaranth, cashew nuts and pineapple cases. Conclusion: 1. Household dust mites is the main allergens for 3803 children with allergic disorders in chenzhou., followed by milk, egg white/ yellow, the cat and dog dander, mainly to inhaled allergens, female children are more likely to be easy allergy.2. Along with the age growth allergens positive rate growth, the older children is given priority to inhaled allergens, on the contrary, infants is food allergen.3. 3803 children with allergic disorders in chenzhou bronchial asthma's allergen positive rate is higher, mainly food allergens household dust mites.
