The Value Of Diagnosis Of Phadiatop In Respiratory Allergic Diseases

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the Phadiatop detected in the diagnosis of allergic diseases.To investigate the major allergen sensitization of some patients in Hefei area,and provide an important basis for avoiding allergen,taking preventive measures and specific immunotherapy in patients with allergic diseases.Then to improve the control rate of respiratory allergic diseases,reduce the incidence of patients,reduce the economic burden of patients,and improve the quality of life in patients with allergic diseases.Materials and methods This study collected 148 cases from our hospital outpatient and inpatient wards in totally,90 cases of allergic diseases,58 cases of non-allergic diseases.All of the objects were collected venous blood of 3ml,then all of the venous bloods were centrifugated after waiting for testing.The serum Ig E was detected by using Phadia 100 automatic external allergen detection system,and the specific operation procedures were strictly followed by its instructions.Results Among the 90 patients with allergic diseases,the positive rate of Phadiatop was 56.7% and there was not an obvious difference between males and females(P=0.882).The hierarchical levels of 8 cases of the patients less than 18 ages were all in Ⅲ-Ⅵ level about Phadiatop.The hierarchical levels of the patients with 18-82 years old were respectively Ⅰ-Ⅱ level(53.5%),Ⅲ-Ⅳ level(44.2%),Ⅴ-Ⅵ level(2.3%)about Phadiatop.There was a significant difference between patients with allergic diseases and patients with non-allergic diseases about Phadiatop detection results(P<0.001).On the Phadiatop positive basis,the positive rates of house dust allergen and fungicidal mixtures were respectively 80.4% and 21.6%.On the Phadiatop nagitive basis,18 patients were randomly selected to carry out specific Ig E test about the house dust mite and the results were all negative.There was only one patient with the negative Phadiatop detection results and with the positive of specific Ig E test about fungicidal mixtures.There was a significant difference between patients with allergic diseases and patients with non-allergic diseases about total Ig E test results(P < 0.001).The linear regression analysis showed that Phadiatop detection results has a correlation with total Ig E test results(r = 0.528,P < 0.05),but the correlation coefficient r value is not high,and the correlation is not strong.There was not an obvious difference between patients with respiratory allergic diseases combined chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and patients with respiratory allergic diseases about Phadiatop detection results(P = 0.224).Patients with respiratory allergic diseases combined chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases about Phadiatop detection results was significantly higher than that in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(P=0.004).Patients with respiratory allergic diseases about Phadiatop detection results was significantly higher than that in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(P<0.001).Conclusion Phadiatop detection results has a good consistency with specific Ig E detection results about house dust mite.House dust mites may be one of the main allergens of allergic diseases in hefei regions.Individual serum total Ig E detection has limited diagnostic value for allergic diseases,only for auxiliary reference.In this study,the detection rate of fungicidal mixtures was low,and the consistency of detection results of Phadiatop and fungicidal mixtures was poor.Allergen detection is insufficient which needs further study.
