The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The TCM of syndrome types combined with gefitinib were given to the experimental group. While single gefitinib were given to the control group. Both groups were given 3 months.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1. The experimental group achieved the ORR for 30.43%,the DCR for 69.57%. The control group achieved ORR for 17.39%, DCR for 52.17%. The two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). 2. The PFS of the experimental group was 5.32 months, the control group’s was 4.52 months. The MST of the experimental group was 10.1 months, the control group’s was 8.7 months. The 1-year survival rate of the experimental group was 57.14%, the control group’s was 52.63%. The two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). 3.The development of the TCM syndrome of the experimental group was at the rate of 78.26%,the control group’s was at the rate of 34.78%.They had significant difference(P<0.05). 4.The KPS score of the experimental group increased significantly at the rate of the 82.76%,and the control group’s at the rate of the 34.78%.They had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The TCM syndrome types combined with gefitinib was not more effective than the single gefitinib. 2. The TCM syndrome types combined with gefitinib was more effective than single gefitinib in the development of the TCM syndrome and the quality of life.
