The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature With Coronary Heart Disease Deficiency Of Both Heart And Spleen Qi And Blood By Guipi Decoction

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety Guipi decoction on the clinical treatment of Ventricular Premature with Coronary Heart Disease deficiency of both heart and spleen Qi and blood, and provides ideas and methods of TCM treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:According to a randomized, controlled clinical study, the 60 patients meet the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) randomly.Two groups were given based treatment of CHD. On this basis, the treatment group was given Guipi decoction and metformin,and the control group was given metformin. Four weeks later, evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety on the treatment of Ventricular Premature with Coronary Heart Disease of Qi and blood deficiency by Guipi decoction.Results: Ventricular premature beat effect: 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram of ventricular premature beat, total effective rate treatment group 90.0%, 70.0% in the control group, the number of ventricular premature beat, curative effect and grade of severity, the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05), the treatment group were superior to control group; Ecg total effective curative effect of coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease(CHD), experimental group 83.3%, 50.0% in the control group, experimental group is better than the control group; Myocardial ischemia ecg ST segment down changes and the total load change, by t test, analysis in the group before and after the treatment are difference(P < 0.01), after treatment between groups analysis of P < 0.05, there are differences, experimental group is better than the control group;TCM syndrome curative effect: treatment group total effectiveness 93.3%, control group 83.3%; Individual symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: in the experiment group, heart palpitations, chest tightness, fatigue, insomnia and forgetfulness. and others are better than that of control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion: The results of this study show that the spleen decoction in treating deficiency of both Qi and blood of ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease than Western medicine treatment for better effect, can effectively reduce the frequency of ventricular premature beats and improve symptoms in patients with ST-segment change and, to improve patients ’ quality of life, effective, no adverse reactions occur, play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and clinical application.
