The Preliminary Study Of Efficacy In Erzhi Cataplasma Curing The Primary Hypertension From “Liver”

Objective: Through sticking the corresponding acupoints by Cataplasma, we can evaluate the preliminary curative effect of reducing blood pressure and improving symptoms by Cataplasma, and we can get the strong clinical basis to control blood pressure and to improve symptoms?Methods:1 Literature retrievalBy consulting CNKI net and taking vertigo””headache””hypertention” “Cataplasma” “External treatments”for keywords from 1988 to 2014,and collecting the literature and progress in about the external treatments of hypertension, especially point application therapy and Cataplasma treatment for a detailed literature research.2 Clinical study2.1 Object of studyPatients who have hypertension in Huanshan health station in Ji Nan City, Shandong Province.2.2 Group designWhen after informed consent,according to diagnostic criteria inclusion criteria, select 60 patients with hypertension to devide into test group(Cataplasma group) and the control group(blank control group). Each group have 30 cases.2.3 Test stepTest group: preach some health education of hypertension regularly, sticking with Cataplasma in corresponding acupoints. Monitor blood pressure once every two days,and compare the change of symptom scale scores between before and after of the time.control group: as a blank control group,only preach some health education of hypertension regularly. Monitor blood pressure once every two days. and compare the change of symptom scale scores between before and after of the time.2.4 Observation indexesObserve the blood pressure changes of the improvement between before and after the sticking of Cataplasma,analysis and evaluate therapeutic effect of Cataplasma to hypertension.Result1.After the intervention in the Cataplasma group in 7th?14th day, systolic blood pressure decreased obviously,But in the blank control group systolic blood pressure did not decreased. 2.After the intervention in the Cataplasma group in 7th day, diastolic blood pressure did not decreased,but in 14 th day diastolic blood pressure decreased. While in the blank control group systolic blood pressure did not decreased. 3. After the intervention in the Cataplasma group in 14 th day,symptoms integral decreased obviously, While in the blank control group Symptoms integral did not decreased. 4. The effective rate the 7th day after the intervention, Cataplasma group-50%,blank control group-36.7%.The effective rate I in the Fourteenth day after the intervention,Cataplasma group-60.0%,blank control group-43.3%?The results showed that 7th, 14 th day after the intervention of blood pressure not seen obviously improve curative effect. 5. The effective rate the in the 14 th day after the intervention,Cataplasma group-60.0%,blank control group-30.0%?The results showed that the 14 th day after the intervention of improve curative effect.Conclusion Cataplasma were applied to the improvement of systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure effect obviously and were applied to the improvement of the symptoms integral curative effect is distinct. Improvement of the efficacy of blood pressure is not obvious. The the improvement of symptoms is enhanced in the research.
