| Background:Hypertension is a common chronic disease in the world, its prevalence rate is 10%to 20%,and it can cause diseases of heart, kidney, cerebrovascular and other body tissues.High blood pressure has become the main disease that damages human health. With the progress of medical technology, economic and social development and the improvement of people’s living standards, hypertension has become a serious public health problem. The disease has three high and three low characteristics, namely, high incidence rate, high mortality rate and high disability rate, low awareness rate, low cure rate and low control rate. There is a direct or indirect relationship between the death of about 2 million people and hypertension every year in China, and the number is increasing year by year.Hypertension can not only lead to the decline of the quality of daily life, but also induce many diseases, especially cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Traditional medicine also has a certain understanding of the pathogenesis of hypertension. It is believed that the relationship between liver dysfunction and hypertension is the most closely related.Due to the influence of various adverse factors, liver yin-yang disorder is caused.Hyperactivity of liver Yang is the most common clinical syndrome type of hypertension. In the community, the patients with grade 1 hypertension are the most common, and the accompanying symptoms are mild.It is suitable for the combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and exercise therapy. It was found that Niuhuang Jiangya pill combined with Baduanjin method had a significant effect on the treatment of grade 1 hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity type in the community. Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention(Niuhuang Jiangya pill combined with Baduanjin Gong method)on the first grade hypertension patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang in the community. Methods:The first grade hypertension patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given Niuhuang Jiangya pill,20 to 40 pills once a day, once a day;eight section brocade skill was practiced, one time in the morning and one time in the evening, each time for 15 minutes. The control group was given amlodipine besylate tablets 5mg once a day.The course of treatment in both groups was 6 weeks. After the course of treatment, the changes of blood pressure value,TCM syndrome score and hypertension accompanying symptom score were observed, and the clinical effect was determined.Result:①Clinical efficacy evaluation:Taking the TCM syndrome reduction rate as the efficacy evaluation index, the treatment group cured 5 patients, the effective 9 patients, the effective 10 patients, the ineffective 6 patients, the total effective rate is 80%;the control group cured 1 patient, the effective 5 patients, the effective 14 patients, the ineffective 10 patients, the total effective rate is 66.7%.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).In the treatment group,4 patients were cured,12 patients were effective,9 patients were effective,5 patients were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 83.3%In the control group,2 cases were cured,6 cases were effective,13 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70%.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).②After treatment, the systolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure in the control group was lower than that before treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Diastolic blood pressure was lower than that before treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant Meaning(P>0.05).③Comparison of items and total scores of TCM Syndrome Scale of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang:compared with before treatment, the scores and total scores of headache, vertigo, impatience and irritability, blush, red eye, yellow tongue and other items in the treatment group were decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05);compared with before treatment, the scores and total scores of headache, vertigo, impatience and irritability, red face, red eye, yellow tongue and other items in the control group were decreased All of them decreased(P<0.05).④Comparison of items and total scores of accompanying symptoms scale of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang:compared with before treatment, the scores and total scores of headache or head heaviness, vertigo or tinnitus, palpitation, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, edema, fatigue, polyuria, neck or shoulder stiffness in the treatment group were decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05);compared with before treatment, headache or head in the control group The scores and total scores of symptoms such as heaviness, dizziness or tinnitus, palpitation, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, edema, fatigue, polyuria, stiff neck or shoulder were all decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:①The traditional Chinese medicine intervention and amlodipine besylate tablet have the antihypertensive effect on the first grade hypertension patients with liver yang hyperactivity, but the effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention is better than that of amlodipine besylate tablet.②Traditional Chinese medicine intervention and amlodipine besylate tablets can improve the TCM Syndromes of patients with grade 1 hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity type, but traditional Chinese medicine intervention is better than amlodipine besylate tablets in improving vertigo, irritability, red eyes and the overall effect;③Traditional Chinese medicine intervention and amlodipine besylate tablets can improve the accompanying symptoms of patients with grade 1 hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity type, but traditional Chinese medicine intervention is superior to amlodipine besylate tablets in improving shortness of breath, fatigue, neck or shoulder stiffness and overall efficacy. |
