Objective:To explore by applying tension with the principle of surgical treatment of patella fracture.Comparative analysis of AO tension band and Cable- Pin system, comparing the clinical curative effect of treatment of patellar fracture summing up the advantages and disadvantages of each in two ways, provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:Collected from September 2014 to September 2015 in shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital orthopedic ward hospitalized cases adopted standard of 60 cases of patella fracture.Patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, based on simple random grouping is divided into AO tension band and Cable- Pin system group.AO tension band group 39 cases, Cable- Pin system group 21 cases.Two groups of patients with perioperative treatment, anesthesia, the application of antibiotics, the effect of activating blood detumescence painkillers, postoperative reasonable preoperative oral peach siwu tonga subtraction(general use of radix cyathulae), Chinese traditional medicine appropriate combined with postoperative CPM machine function training.A follow-up period of 6 to 18 months, the average time is 12 months.Respectively from the choice of incision and the length, operative time, postoperative fracture healing time, comparison of two groups of knee joint activity function.Results: 60 patients, both for follow-up.X- ray: postoperative fracture is good.Has not been found to have serious complications.(1) Operation in terms of the choice of incision, two groups did not find significant differences(P > 0.05).(2) The length of the incision on the two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05).(3) The comparison of two groups of operation time had obvious difference(P < 0.05), Cable-Pin system group less than AO tension band.(4) Postoperative fracture clinical healing time had no significant difference(P > 0.05).(5) There are differences of knee joint mobility and function, which respectively with the knee joint of motion(ROM) and the Boatman patellar fracture curative effect evaluation standard.Cable-Pin system in AO tension band was high, Cable-Pin system is slightly higher than that of AO tension band.Conclusion:From the point of the various statistical data in this study, AO tension band and Cable-Pin system treatment of patella fracture were achieved good therapeutic effect, Cable-Pin system operation time is short, stability, and early functional exercise can be performed, faster recovery of knee joint activity and the function of the patella.Two kinds of operation method in clinic with gain and loss, should be on the comprehensive analysis of the actual fracture problem and select applications.
