Jia Wei Lower Qi Decoction In Treating Functional Bloating With Depression(The Type Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficien)Clinical Study

Objective:This study from the theory of TCM syndrome,Hamilton depression rating scale,etc,to evaluate the long-term effect of Jia Wei Lower Qi Decoction in treating functional bloating with depression(liver depression and spleen deficien)clinical efficacy and security of the scheme,provides the more scientific theory basis for the clinical application and development of new drugs.Methods: Are all included in the standard,the exclusion standard selected for the case as a test of the filter object.According to the estimates sample cases,for sample cases is 54 cases,by shedding 20%cases considered to be included in 64 patients,to order number to the patient,completely random number table method,according to the proportion of 1:1 matching observed cases were randomly divided into treatment group 32 cases,control group 32 cases.Teatment group given Jia Wei Lower Qi Decoction treatment,control group given citrate moser will benefit and mirtazapine treatment.Both groups are on a 1 week course,observation of a total of 3 treatment courses,at the end of the course of 3 months for two groups of patients return visit.To observe the therapeutic efficacy of TCM syndromes,the two groups before and after treatment in patients with total efficiency and long-term effect and safety indicators,and in return when the two groups were observed in patients with recurrent rate.Results:(1)After 3 courses of treatment,and in improving the TCM syndrome integral,treatment of group better than control group(P<0.05);(2)Poor curative effect of the treatment group in improving loose stool,to improve the bulge,sentimental,full vector symptoms was better than control group,differences statistics significance(P<0.05);(3)The three courses of treatment,the overall curative effect,the two groups were improved(P<0.05);Treatment group and control group in improving the overall effect has difference,differences statistics significance(P<0.05);(4)Hamilton depression rating scale effect comparison: two groups of HAMD scores were significantly lower after treatment,treatment of group better than control group(P<0.05);(5)The long-term curative effect: The treatment group 5 cases of recurrence,and recurrence rate was 17.9%,the control group 12 cases of recurrence,recurrence rate was 46.1%,treatment of group better than control group;(6)Security: testing safety indexes before and after treatment in both groups did not appear abnormal changes associated with drug treatment.Conclusion: The effect of Jia Wei Lower Qi Decoction in treating functional bloating with depression(liver depression and spleen deficien)patients with curative effect,can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,the total efficiency and Hamilton Depression table score of patients with functional bloating with depression,improve the quality of life of patients,shorten treatment time and reduce the cost of treatment,high security,clinical treatment of functional bloating with depression effective prescription.
