Clinical Effect Observation On Moxibustion Therapy Plus Medications To The Heart Yang Deficiency Type Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:Observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy and safety of moxibustion therapy plus medications for heart yang deficiency type of chronic heart failure.Methods:Choose 60 patients diagnosed chronic heart failure meanwhile accorded with Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) syndrome differentiation and typing of Heart Yang deficiency among hospitalized patients. Divid the patients into control group and treatment group randomly according to the order of admission,30 cases for each group. Use western medicine routine treatment for the control group, while western medicine routine treatment combine moxibustion for the treatment group, the duration of treatment is 3 weeks. Observe all patients’ Minnesota life quality score, TCM symptom scoring, NYHA cardiac function, six minutes walking distance, the level of amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic, the changes of left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic dimension before and after treatment as therapeutic effect index. At the same time test liver and renal function, etc, as safety indicators. Input the record data into SPSS20.0 software and analyze the data and confirm whether it has statistical signigicance.Results:1.Minnesota life quality score comparison after treatment:in each group the patients’life quality score was lower than before, Compare within group and between two groups, the difference is statistically significant (p<0.05), the treatment group is superior to the control group.2.TCM syndrome score comparison after treatment:in each group the patients’TCM syndrome score was lower than before, Compare within group and between two groups, the difference is statistically significant (p<0.05), the treatment group is superior to the control group. Compare the TCM syndrome curative effects between the two groups after treatment, the treatment group’s total effective rate is higher than control group, the difference is statistically significant (p<0.05).3.NYHA cardiac function compare after treatment:in each group the patients’ cardiac function was enhanced after the treatment (p<0.05). The difference is statistically signicant between the two groups, the treatment group’s total effective rate is higher than control group, the difference is statistically significant (p<0.05).4.Six minutes walking distance comparision after treatment:in each group the patients’ six minutes walking distance was increased after the treatment (p<0.05). Compare between the two groups, the difference is statistically significant (p<0.05), the treatment group is superior to the control group.5.NT-proBNP concentration comparision after treatment:the patients’ level of NT-proBNP was decreased in each group after the treatment (p<0.05). Compare between the two groups, the difference is statistically significant (p<0.05), the treatment group is superior to the control group.6.LVEF and LVEDd comparision after treatment:the patients’ LVEF was increased than before in each group, while the LVEDd was decreased than before in each group (p<0.05), the difference is statistically significant. Compare between the two groups, the difference is not statistically significant (p□0.05), the curative effects of the two groups is similar.7.Safety:There’re no obvious abnormal changes on all patients’ blood tests, urinalysis, liver and kidney function tests. During the observation,1 patient from the treatment group has small blisters appears on skin of the moxibustion position, but the blisters can be absorbed by the body, the treatment can be continued.Conclusion:1.Moxibustion therapy plus medication can obviously improve the patients’life quality for heart yang deficiency type of chronic heart failure.2.Moxibustion therapy plus medication can effectively improve the patients’TCM syndrome for heart yang deficiency type of chronic heart failure.3.Moxibustion therapy plus medication can improve the patients’ heart function for heart yang deficiency type of chronic heart failure, increase the six minutes walking distance,and enhance the patient’s exercise tolerance, at the same time reduce the level of NT-proBNP.
