The Clinical Effect Observation Of Modified Renshen Shaoyao Decoction To Treat The Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Renshen Shaoyao Decoction on stable fatigue angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:Select 60 cases of stable fatigue angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis. Divide them into control group and treatment group randomly,30 cases for each group. Treat the control group with conventional western medicine, while the treatment group combined with modified Renshen Shaoyao Decoction. The course of treatment was four weeks. Observe the change of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, angina symptoms, electrocardiogram, the reducing and stopping rate of nitroglycerin, SAQ before and after treatment.Results:In terms of improving traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, the difference between the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant (p<0.05). On the aspect of angina curative effect:the treatment group is 83.33%, the control group is 63.33%, and it has significant difference (p<0.05). The treatment group and the control group have no dramatic difference in electrocardiogram (p>0.05), one is 63.33%, and the other is 50.00%. The two groups have statistical significance on reducing and stopping rate of nitroglycerin (p<0.05), the treatment group is 90.00%; the control group is 66.67%. In quality of life improvement:on the five aspects of SAQ, the treatment group and the control group have significant difference (p<0.05).Conclusion1. Modified Renshen shaoyao decoction for the treatment of stable fatigue stable angina with qi deficiency and blood stasis can improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, relieve angina symptoms.2. Modified Renshen shaoyao decoction for the treatment of stable fatigue stable angina with qi deficiency and blood stasis can improve patient quality of life.
