Objective:To investigate the psychopat hic trait of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) and attention de ficit hyperactivity disorder com orbid oppositional defiant disorder(ODD) compared with normal children.Methods:102 children with ADHD, 102 children with ADH D comorbid ODD and 94 normal controls were researched by case-control study wi th the tem perament questionnaire and Antisocial Process Screening Device(APSD).Results:There was signi ficant difference between three groups i n callous/unemotional(CU), narcisissim(NA),impulsiticity(IM)factors, and the scores of comorbidity group was the highest, the scores of ADHD group was higher than the normal group; the CU and NA coexisting rate reached 76.5% in comorbidity group. Conclusion:The coexistence of CU a nd NA maybe one of the important pathological mechanisms of ODD.Objective:To investigate the function of conflict m onitoring difference and the ab ility of conflict re solving difference in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder( ADHD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder comorbid oppositional defiant disorder(ODD) and normal children.Methods:15 case subjects diagnosed with ADHD,18 case subjects diagnosed with ADHD com orbid ODD were recruited, and 18 normal children matched by age and gender as control group were chosen to undergo Event related potentials test. Results:ERP results showed that:(1) The ‘Go' stimulation time and correct rate of ADHD group and ADHD comorbid ODD group was higher than the normal control group, the di fference was statistically significant. No significant differences in ‘Nogo' stimulated in the reaction tim e and correct rate compared with the normal control group.(2) The case groups were longer than the control group in the latency of Go-N2 and Nogo-N2,no significant dif ference between th em.(3) Compared wit h the normal group, the amplitudes of Nogo-P3 b in the two case groups was smaller, but there was no significant difference between the two cases. Conclusion:(1)The ability of conflict monitoring in children with ADHD delayed.(2)The capacity of conflict decision processing in ADHD children decreased, especially in the later time of conflict processing.
