Purposes/Objectives:By observating and analyzing the clinical features of the colorectal cancer and the influence factors of liver metastasis, we try to find out independent risk factors with significant influence on colorectal cancer liver metastasis as well as provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods:Observing and recording 218 cases of colorectal cancer patients' clinical datas, including gender, age, primary focal intestinal segment, primary focal size, infiltration depth, the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and so on. Using single factor chi-square analysis and multi-factor logistic regression analysis to retrospectively study the possible influence factors of colorectal liver metastases and to reliminary discuss the correlation of basic liver diseases and liver metastasis. Results: There were 218 cases in total with 59.6 % of male and 40.4 % of female. The average age was 59-year-old within age range from 26 years old to 84 years old. The pathological type was given priority to the tubular adenocarcinoma(97.7%). During the 218 patients, there were 82 cases of right- half colon cancer(including 7 cases of liver metastases),as well as 136 cases of left-half colon cancer and rectal cancer(including 18 cases of liver metastases). 96 patients with size of less than 4cm(including 12 cases of liver metastases),as well as 122 patients with size of up to 4cm(including 13 cases of liver metastases). 46 patients without T4 infiltration depth(including 1 cases of liver metastases),as well as 172 patients with T4 infiltration depth(including 24 cases of liver metastases). 187 patients with moderate differentiation(including 24 cases of liver metastases),as well as 31 patients with poor differentiation(including 1 cases of liver metastases). In addition, there were 99 cases of lymph node metastasis(including 13 cases of liver metastases),as well as 119 cases without lymph node metastasis(including 12 cases of liver metastases). The chi-square analysis and logistic regression analysis did not show significant effect on the the incidence of liver metastasis with patients' gender, age, the primary lesion, tumor size, differentiation degree.Tumor infiltration depth was associated with liver metastases significantly. At the same time, there were 17 cases with the complication of fatty liver.Only 1 case happen liver metastasis. 7 cases of the 218 Colorectal cancer patients complicate Cirrhosis of the liver and with no case of liver metastases. In addition, there were 113 cases with hepatitis B two half-and-half all negatived(including 20 cases of liver metastases) and 105 cases with hepatitis B positived(including 5 cases of liver metastases). The both subgroups of HBV infection subgroups and hepatitis B vaccine subgroups shew significantly statistical differences when comparing with hepatitis B all negatived Colorectal cancer patients in the event of the probability of liver metastases. Conclusions:This study showed significant relevance between tumor infiltration depth and liver metastases in colorectal cancer patients. Patients with does 2 half-and-half positive hepatitis B(whether subgroup of hepatitis b virus infection or subgroup hepatitis B vaccine related)had a lower incidence rate of liver metastasis than those with hepatitis B negative.
