| Objective:To evaluate whether the indication of cerebral palsy children’s carotid artery, internal carotid artery differ from the indicators of vertebral artery with normal children. Methods: 1. Select 30 cases in children with cerebral palsy in our hospital as a experimental group, and also select 28 cases of children in normal physical examination in our hospital as a control group.2. All subjects keep quiet sleep supine neck vascular ultrasound examination conducted. Get carotid artery, internal carotid artery, vertebral artery cervical vertebral artery vertebral space segment long axis, intercept respectively each measuring point, at least three cardiac cycle flow spectrum information via intravascular,- media thickness after repeated measurement averaging.3. Comparative analysis of normal children and children with cerebral palsy parameters differences. Results:The comparison of the two groups of children’s parameters.1. Cerebral palsy children’s intima thickness, PSV, EDV, velocity, pulsatility index, vascular resistance index of carotid, compared with the normal group, p> 0.05, shows no difference between the two groups difference.2. The intima thickness, PSV, EDV, velocity, pulsatility index, vascular resistance index of cerebral palsy children’s carotid of internal carotid artery, cervical segment of vertebral artery, segment of vertebral artery, compared with the normal group, p> 0.05, shows no difference between the two groups difference.Conclusions:1. Compared with the normal control group, no significant differences in the indicators and blood flow parameters of cer1 ebral palsy children’s extracranial arteries and blood flow parameters.2. Cerebral palsy children’s Color Doppler parameters of extracranial blood vessels can not serve as a reliable basis for early diagnosis. |
