The occur of these problems have profound social reasons, these unharmonious phenomenon has affected the normal operation of the hospital patient seriously, hinder the cooperation,harmful to the social harmony and stability.The new medical reform put forward higher request to the occupation moral construction of medical workers. The medical ethics construction is related to the recovery and health of patients, hospital management and medical benefits, development and progress of science, built and the development of harmonious society directly.
