The Clinical Effects Of Hui Medicine Massage Technique In Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To observe Hui Medicine Massage Technique in treating lumbar disc herniation by Randomized controlled trials on the clinical effectsMethod According to the randomized, controlled, single blind clinical trial design, 200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 100 cases. The experimental group will be treated with Hui Medicine Massage Technique, while the control group adopted the traditional Chinese massage treatment, in before treatment, after treatment and after 2 months respectively the scores of clinical symptoms, clinical signs of scoring, quality of life score, VAS pain score, after treatment clinical curative effect evaluation, and safety evaluation.Result1 clinical symptoms, clinical signs, quality of life evaluation results(1) group: group and before treatment comparison, after a course of treatment and treatment after two months, the experimental group and the control group in the clinical symptoms, clinical symptoms, quality of life score was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment and two months after treatment, the clinical symptoms, clinical signs, quality of life scores were significantly different(P<0.05), and the control group was not different(P>0.05).(2) comparison among groups: there were no significant differences between the groups before and after the treatment(P>0.05). But after treatment in February, the evaluation results were analyzed, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).2.VAS score comparison(1) group: group and before treatment compared. After treatment, the evaluation results were analyzed in February, and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).3 Comparison of total therapeutic effectAfter the end of treatment, by rank sum test comparison of curative effect between the two groups have(Z=2.15, P<0.05) differences, back to medical reinforcement therapy compared with traditional massage effect is more significant.4 safety assessmentAfter the end of treatment, the statistical analysis that security evaluation between the two groups no significant difference(P>0.05), medical reinforcement therapy and traditional massage back as is safe and feasible.ConclusionHui Medicine Massage Technique for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation effect is exact, in improve symptoms and signs, improve the quality of life, relieve pain, improve overall efficacy with traditional massage therapy efficacy similar to, but back to the long term curative effect of medical reinforcement therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation than traditional massage therapy is more durable, more stable, the effect is better.
