| Objective:A randomized controlled clinical study was conducted to observe the VAS score,JOA score,ODI score, straight leg elevation test and lumbar root tenderness of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with "Qinglong wagging tail" massage technique. The analysis results and conclusions provided the basis for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods:From January 1,2018 to January 31,2020,60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were collected from the outpatient department and inpatient department of Rehabilitation Department of Nanping people’s hospital.According to the random number table, they were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with "Qinglong wagging tail" massage technique + ordinary massage technique, while the control group was treated with simple ordinary massage technique for two courses. Before and after treatment,VAS score,JOA score,ODI score, straight leg elevation test, lumbar root tenderness and other data were recorded, and SPSS(version 20.0)was used for statistics.Results:1.After the treatment, there were significant differences in VAS score,JOA score,ODI score, straight leg elevation test between the two groups(P < 0.01),ODI score and lumbar root tenderness, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.After treatment, the VAS score,JOA score,ODI score, straight leg elevation test and lumbar root tenderness in the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P < 0.01).3.After treatment, there were 60 patients in the two groups,30 in each group. In the treatment group,0 cases were cured,18 cases were effective,11 cases were effective and 1case was ineffective;in the control group,0 cases were cured,5 cases were effective,17 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective. In the treatment group, the recovery rate was 0%,the effective rate was 60%,and the overall effective rate was 96.67%;in the control group, the recovery rate was 0%,the effective rate was 16.67%,and the overall effective rate was73.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1."Qinglong wagging tail" massage technique + ordinary massage technique and simple ordinary massage technique are both effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and the former is superior to the latter, whether comprehensive or unilateral,so it can be deduced that "Qinglong wagging tail" massage technique is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.2.Ordinary massage technique, combined with "Qinglong wagging tail" massage technique, can reduce the VAS score, significantly improve the degree of pain;improve JOA score and ODI score, and improve the quality of life and work.3.Ordinary massage technique, combined with "Qinglong wagging tail" massage technique, can reduce the positive number(rate)of straight leg raising test and lumbar root tenderness, and indirectly improve the activity, which is worth popularizing in clinic. |
